I arranged the stay for myself and 4 friends. Due to this(?) I was more critical than my friends...it is a vacation house, not fancy. My friends said it was fine. The outdoor cushions were encrusted with pollen, there were generational cob webs hanging off the back of the house, the bottom of the storage bins in the bottom of the freezer needed cleaning before I would let them be used. House overall and bathrooms were good.
The basement was a bit cool and clammy-April. The pool table was ok, the very small Golden Tee machine was adequate. The kitchen was ok, adequate. We had fun, I really don't fault the owners, I've known vacation rental owners and they tell me it's a challenge.

As you know, Pinehurst pretty much requires lodging with them for tee times, but this was the perfect house for the 8 of us to start our week off on arrival day. Thumbs up on the bowl of limes, came in handy. Played cards and slept comfortably.

This was our second time staying at this property. It is perfect for a buddies golf trip or for a family. Plenty of room and very convenient to Pinehurst resort and many other surrounding courses. Highly recommend staying here!

Floor was dirty, bathtub clogged and nasty, looked like someone peed on the kitchen wall, baseboards were filthy, dirty sheets left in the washer , need I say more . I have pics

Hurricane Ian came and tried to ruin our yearly friend trip to Pinehurst. Crazy weather, but this house was cozy and clean! We loved it. Close to all our favorites places and you can play golf in the rain:)

Nice house convenient to everything good and golf with lots of parking. Beds very comfortable. Downstairs was ok once humidifiers were cleaned and cooled off. Pool table only had one stick would be nice to get a few more. Would recommend.

Although we arrived early check-in was not an issue. The house was very clean! The property manager was very quick to respond to our request for light bulb replacements in a bathroom and when we locked ourselves out of the house.
The only reason for a "Good" rating on "Location" is because of the business of the road it's on. It can be a little intimidating to pull in/out of the driveway. There is no road noise at night and the house is in a beautiful setting for watching birds from the deck or patio.
We will stay here whenever we're in Pinehurst!

House worked perfectly for the coach and 5 players of the team for a tournament at Pinehurst. Will be a life long memory for these boys.

4some came to town for Birthday and couple rounds of golf. The house was perfect and was in good location to The Cradle, Pine Needles and Long Leaf golf sites

Great house
This house was a great fit for the group. Loved all of the TVs especially in the lower level. We had a great time house was in the perfect area and close distance to all golf courses that we played and dining. We will definitely be looking to reserve this spot next year as well.

Visit to Grandma
We have six kids and didn’t want to stay with grandma. The house was located close to food shopping and to a park. We really enjoyed the house and the layout was perfect for us. See you next visit to grandma’s.

Great location
We had a wonderful time and your home had everything we needed and more. The putting game was enjoyed by the golfers in our group. Having 3 full baths was so nice and the location was perfect!! We will be back again.
