We had a wonderful time at the beach house! There was a small issue the first night but after messaging the host they had someone out quickly the next day to fix it. We will definitely stay there again in the future.

This house was perfect for us. We wanted a quiet getaway on the beach with great views and restaurants within walking distance. I think of it as a house rather than a condo because the oceanview unit felt like a little beach house to me. Walking right out onto the beach, which was basically private was great. We saw dolphins from the deck. Enjoyed beach walks looking for shells & sharks teeth. It was relaxing and amazing. We will be back!

This location is amazing and a wonderful place! The view was awesome, and was very convenient for walking to other places you want to go for food and drinks. Definitely would come back again!

The view form the balcony of the front apartment was more then anyone could ask for. Having a cup of tea of coffee first thing in the morning and watching the dolphins go bye was wonderful but then to see the sunset at night was just amazing!

Great beach front location

The view is incomparable and definitely the best part of this rental. I was disappointed as the listed pictures were much nicer than the actual home itself. Especially for the high rate I paid.There are no area rugs and no decor on the walls. The blinds are missing slats and the unit was not that clean upon arrival. The carpet on the stairs is the first impression going up to the home and they are worn, very dirty and smell musty. I have rented several VRBO homes and all have been amazing, this home however did not impress and needs work. I want to give accurate reviews to help other renters as I would have appreciated knowing this before hand.

After scaling the steps to the main area of the rental in anticipation of what we would see at the top, we were amazed by the gorgeous colors of turquoise we saw coming in the various windows. It was really fun to sit up high. The porch was spectacular. We really enjoyed relaxing and watching the wildlife and hearing the surf.

This place was just as described, and the beach is so close and easy to get to and from. Loved it!

Andrew was very responsive. Suggested an excellent restaurant for our night out. Nice location - right on beach, beautiful view. Went to Caspersen Beach for shark tooth hunting and enjoyed beautiful walk on beach at the house (found plenty of shark teeth right on the beach at the unit).

Property has umbrellas and chairs for the beach. Location is right on the beach it’s perfect. Could use more bath towels. Andrew is quick about responding. Overall a great stay for 4 people. Very spacious, and a gorgeous view. Would stay again! Also would like to add we saw dolphins early morning!

I’ve read the previous reviews and i am so glad we booked this place! Yeah, the place may looked a little outdated, but this home is so clean and the location is perfect! If you’re looking for a quiet area and private beach.. I would so recommend this place! We’d love to go back again!!

We booked this property for a short getaway. The host was very responsive and we were even able to check in early. The views from the deck are hands down some of the best on the island. The house was clean, nothing too fancy, but perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and items needed to make lunches and dinners. Although we brought our own beach gear, there were a few umbrellas, chairs and towels available at the property. It is on a private beach; we had no issues with people setting up in front of the house. Property also had a nice grill available for use. Proximity of the location made it very easy to get to and also access the restaurants that were nearby. The island also has a golf cart service that will take you into town - there’s a number on the refrigerator. Parking at the unit was also under cover which we loved. Added perk, Walmart delivers to this location so we never even had to go back into town for anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at manasota key for spring break with our kids and it was FABULOUS! Being right on the beach next to the ocean was all we needed! Waking up at sunrise walking down the steps for an Oceanside walk to watching the sunsets right from screened in patio was breathtaking! Thank you. Will come again.

This is the perfect beach stay. It has all the amenities you need to enjoy the beach and the awesome views. The screened in porch is a cozy spot to enjoy it all. The house was spotless and we enjoyed it from the morning walks to the afternoon cocktails to watching the sunsets.

We loved staying at your beach front home. We came for a weekend that brought us a cold front with 50 degree Temp, but the owner had the heat on upon arrival which made it comfortable for our arrival. We spent most of out time sitting on the balcony listening to the 5 ft waves crah in that the cold front create( usually the gulf is calm), we found sharks teeth along the beach. We ate at magnolias on the bay highly recommended for good quality sushi and dinner. We live in fort myers and since hurricane Ian haven't been able to go to out brach, so this was a very nice relaxing treat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Manasota Key in this rental but there were a few issues which would have made it exceptional. Although the unit is very clean, the first impression of going up the stairs and seeing the stained, soiled carpet is not a positive one. In addition, the sliding door lock to the balcony/beach does not work. We requested a service call to address the issue and a woman did show up a day later but she could only successfully lock it 2 out of the 5 tries and then told me "don't worry about it, it's very safe here". That didn't sit too well with me - I prefer to have the peace of mind knowing my property and belongings are properly secured. The air conditioning was not working, but it was fixed promptly. I saw in a prior post that there was an issue with the bed in the master bedroom, most specifically the fitted sheet not properly fitting/staying on the bed. We experienced the same issue. For the price we paid, the linens should be hotel quality. The only other issue I feel is mentionable is that fact that we rented a beach house but there were no beach chairs on location. We did inquire about it and on the 3rd day someone did drop off 3 fold-up camp chairs (we were a group of 4). The location of this unit is great and is walkable to the fun area restaurants and the large balcony is perfect for sunset watching..

Unfortunately our stay was cut short due to Hurricane Ian. But the one day/night that we had was a wonderful. While swimming out in the ocean right out in front of the house, 3 dophines swam close by us and we also saw a manatee. The property description listed is exact. We found all the rooms clean, bright and spaceous. As we only had one night, we mostly enjoyed sitting on the large screened in balcony watching the sunset and enjoying the warm evening. Because this unit is on the top floor of a two story, there are stairs to climb but the view is totaly worth it. We would definitely rent again in the future.

The location was just what we needed for rest and relaxation. Small beach town feel. The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Wish it had twin beds in second bedroom for our teens, but the couch was super comfortable for our oldest. We spent all our time on the balcony and in the water. Sad we had to leave..... We are already planning a return.

We loved staying right on the beach and the views… wow… just wow! Turtles hatching, manatees, beautiful shells and very close to Stump Pass. The property had everything we needed and the area had so much to do within walking distance. I’m hooked!! We will be back

This beachfront listing truly has the best beach views one could ask for....not to mention the amazing sunsets which makeup for all the stairs lol. The house was adequately stocked for basic needs and is close to most anything you want/need. There was a grill, but we never used it. I would dare to say that we spent more time on the balcony than anywhere. There were noodles, an umbrella, & chairs at the house to use. Stump Pass Park is super close as well as bars & restaurants. Instacart from Publix was wonderful. The local Walmart has anything beachy you could want/need. The only negative things we found about the house were the ants in the kitchen & bathrooms, the broken lock on the screen door, and something all over the floor & toilet in the hallway bathroom. Also the neighbors have "private" beaches so watch where you setup & setup early. As long as you're in front of the house you'll be fine. Some of the outdoor furniture shown in the photos was not what was actually at the unit. Other Anticipated Letdowns that could happen on any trip: - No coffee filters - Loud/Rude Neighbors - Small TVs (didn't watch it too much anyway) Would definitely stay again if in the area!!!

Unit A in the triplex is upstairs, oceanfront with a great balcony, sliding glass doors and 180 degree view of the ocean with manatee, dolphin and boat sightings. The location is among cute pastel coloured old Florida style homes. No high rises at all. The unit was close to the two must frequented beach bar and grills. With all that we were surprised by a couple of issues that would probably prevent us from returning to this property. Unbelievably the front entry stairs to the upstairs upstairs unit were so dirty and worn that you were taken back and hesitant to want to walk on them. We mentioned it to the owner, and he had housekeeping come try to clean them. They told us they the appearance was because they were so threadbare, and they needed to be cleaned professionally or replaced. It was clearly apparent they had been in this condition for a long time. In addition, the carpet was a shag that was too thick for the rise and made climbing precarious. Further the handrail did not fully extend to the top and was a safety hazard. Also as mentioned in earlier reviews the bedding was old and somewhat mismatched and threadbare with such piling on the pillow casesthat my husband had to seek out a pillow from the second bedroom. And our queen sized bed had a bottom non-fitted sheet that was a king so that came loose when sleeping. And as mentioned in reviews, outside in the backyard there was an odd assortment of old rusty beach furniture, mostly broken, with uncomfortable and again rusty chairs you would not want to use. We rented beach chairs and an umbrella from The Beach Guy. All these things can be remedied to make this unit top notch. The unit just needs some TLC.

Quaint home located right on the beach with with beautiful view of the Gulf. It provided everything we needed for a quiet vacation with our family that were a few doors down. Would come back again if our travels take us to Englewood.

This property listed on VRBO was everything and more that is described on the sight. When we arrived everything was very clean and orderly. We spent a lot of time while at the house on the large screened in porch that overlooks the Gulf. What a view, even during thunderstorms. We ate most of our meals out there. I highly recommend staying at this property if you want very nice place at a great location.

The view from this place is fantastic. The gulf is visible from every single room in the condo, and the screened in balcony has a full 180 degree view. Even doing dishes was a pleasure. Turtle patrol comes by every day (during turtle season) and we got lots of interaction with them and got to see baby sea turtles. As to the condo, it was mostly as expected. The kitchen was stocked with things you might need, and that was really cool, but the microwave was super loud and seemed to be leaking water? The outdoor furniture was not as pictured. I had dreams of sleeping on the lime green couch on the balcony that got crushed when I discovered that couch was not there. The downstairs outdoor furniture wasn't really inviting either and could use a refresh.

We are local and have been to many Florida beaches. Recently we moved from Naples to Charlotte county. Manasota Key is absolutely stunning. Water was warm even at 7am and crystal clear! At high tide you can still stand and walk out about 30 feet. The house provided everything we could need and was very clean. The outdoor shower was perfect.
