I can't say enough good things about the condo. Check in was very easy, condo was clean and very nice. We had one issue with the internet and the owners replied right away to me with a possible solution and even offered to come check it out in person. They also followed up promptly to be sure it was working. Views and accommodations were great. The only down side, and this has nothing to do with the condo or the owners, is that the resort seems to be run down some. The docks right in front of the condo are falling apart and not usable. The outdoor waterpark was closed one day due to a malfunction and the water was very green. They did open up the next day. It seems like the hotel part is not as nice as the condo. But, having said that, it would not deter me from staying at the condo for the relaxation and accommodations and views. Excellent stay!

Plenty of room for our group of 10. Great view of the lake and weekend fireworks. Easy short walk to the waterpark. Property pool is small but nice. We would definitely stay there again.

5 nights, rented 25 hours of boat time from Make-A-Wake rental and spent every day on the water. Condo location and size great for our group of 8 adults.

The wife and I arrived and found the indoor garage a wonder for the winter. The view of the lake was great and the condo is very well appointed. The host had everything needed and a little more. Other than some construction workers the stay was great. I highly recommend staying there.

Awesome condo! Supples of what you would need were great!!! Beautiful place! Great views of the lake! Awesome deck! Only thing I might add were hand rails in master bath. My 94 yr old mother would have benefited if there was handicap rails! Overall great place!!!

A very beautiful condo with a wonderful view! This was our 36th year doing our Sisters Getaway. So we have been in many different places and condos. Our only item we were missing were lamps and end tables/night stands. We are all readers and found very few lamps. The kitchen was beautiful with many amenities. The location was great with the restaurant being right there. The TV was a little hard to figure out~~but we are all "old". Wonderful dining table to play cards, games, etc.

Our experience at this beautiful condo was nothing but perfect. It’s such a beautiful place and accommodation! So incredible comfortable and we immediately felt at home. The views are stunning, just like the pictures. Very well stocked with necessities. Rachel and Chad are wonderful hosts, great and quick communication. There were 7 of us and we all fit great, beds are very comfortable.
Would stay there in heart beat! Just loved it!

Fabulous condo. Well appointed with fantastic view. Went with just my husband, but plenty of room for a large family. Location was great and communication with owners was quick. Highly recommend for your trip to Okoboji!

Looking for a well appointed condo with a wonderful lake view- look no further. Upscale finishes, top appliances and all the things needed for a wonderful getaway - if you want to stay in or head to the pool. Chad and Rachel were great communicators through the process including during the stay. I had to work remotely while there and there were 2 desk options with monitors and cameras that were available to be used to make it simple. A really nice touch in this age of working from anywhere. Would recommend this spot for couples or a family.

We had an amazing stay, if way too short. The condo was clean, large, and absolutely perfect. The view was gorgeous, and the sunset glistened off the frozen lake. We will definitely go again!

This was our second Thanksgiving at this property. Beautiful view, full kitchen, clean, and spacious. We spent a lot of time watching basketball and football on YouTube TV and enjoyed the holiday and weekend.

Had a great long weekend with my family, we had a fabulous time at this property. Plenty of room , clean and awesome views. We enjoyed the deck with views of the lake. The weather was great and the grandkids enjoyed the waterpark too which is just a short walk away!
The only thing that would be beneficial is if there was a luggage cart for the complex.

This condo was amazing. We had a beautiful view of the lake. It was close to the Waterpark and just a short drive to a wide variety of restaurants and to Arnold's Amusement park.

We have 5 girls (14-20 in age) the condo was perfect for what we needed. Enough beds for everyone. We usually have to get 2 rooms at a hotel - this was way better. Large area to gather yet away time space. Close to favorite locations. Easy access to all activities. Can’t wait to do it again - thank you
