This place is conveniently located and a short walk to the beach! The home has everything you need for a short stay. Comes with beach towels, chairs, umbrella and other beach toys. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay.

Needed a much needed get away and we made the right choice. From the minute we walked in the door we felt right at home. Everything was perfect and we will definitely be staying there again!

This condo was so warm and welcoming. It had everything we needed, beach towels, chairs, rafts. Very clean and coastal. We decided to rent a gold cart, and was a quick ride to the village.

Our condo didn’t have an ocean view but it was a very short walk to the beach. The unit had a closet stocked full of beach chairs and beach toys. Every morning we saw dolphins on the beach. After an hour of walking on the beach and the sandbars, we drove a short distance to play Pickleball.

This was a wonderful place for a relaxing getaway. It was exceptionally clean and the villa was supplied with everything needed. The beach was just a short walk and it was so nice. The beach is private for the guest at the villas. Can’t wait to schedule again for next year.

This property is very nice. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the unit. Everything was there that we needed. Updated and beachy, plenty of room to have family dinners. Access to the beach is easy and the pool was very nice. The front gate staff Ken and maintenance TJ were so kind and helpful. Owner was so responsive and I really felt like I was on vacation (even though I live in Ft. Myers) Will definitely stay here again!

The property was extremely clean and well furnished. The trolley stop was conveniently located just outside the property’s entrance and the beach is just a short walk away. Outstanding property for a great beach vacation!!

Unit D7 was nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. The property and beach were both great! The property management office made the check in/out process simple and we’re very helpful. My wife and I would definitely stay again!

Great villa in an awesome location. Private complex and only steps away to the private beach, which is a huge plus. Once you arrive, just park your car and use the free trolley (tips only) to go just about anywhere on Siesta Key.

Very comfortable and well-equipped villa, with quaint beach decor. The resort's expansive, private white-sand beach was great for morning walks, dolphin watching, swimming, sunbathing, and amazing sunsets in the evening. Security at the entrance to the resort and the policy of nighttime "quiet hours" were a plus. A nice spot to come back to after venturing out for the day. Owners were prompt in responding to any questions we had, and on-site staff were very helpful. Glad to have found this listing on Vrbo!

This was a beautiful stay. The process was easy and efficient. The owners were extremely helpful and the place was beautiful! Amazing and fast beach access! The property was clean, newly renovated, and just an overall joy being at! I will absolutely be working with them for my next stay. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay at casa Blanca Very much. Was a short walk to the beach, pool and club house. It was very clean and great lay out. The beach was beautiful. Will definitely love to stay there again.

Loved our visit to Siesta Key! This property was great! Loved the secure feeling with someone at the entrance checking to make sure that all of the cars coming in are supposed to be there. Very short walk to the beach! Condo had everything we needed to prepare meals and relax!

This property was spot on! Great location, and the property had everything that we needed for 5 teachers to unwind after a crazy school year. Ruth was amazing to work with. Would definitely stay again!

This little cottage is quite cozy. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There was a huge closet with beach chairs, toys, skim boards, etc. The beach pictures are incredibly misleading, as others have said, because the cottage is not right on the beach. However, there is beach access about a 5min walk from the cottage. I would not recommend staying in Siesta Key at a place without beach access during peak season, as the parking at the public beach was limited at best. Great pool (3 min walk) and a good place for families/kids. The one thing really detracted from the stay for us was that we weren't allowed to have visitors to our cottage or to the complex in general. We were in Siesta Key for a family reunion and would have enjoyed having family join us at the beach there, but it wasn't allowed. We didn't know this prior to booking. That probably isn't a factor for most vacationers, but something to be aware of if you know others who will be in the area.

The place is comfortable but not fancy. Quick walk to the beach. By the end of the week you feel like friends with the other people staying at the complex. Easy parking. Secure place but not a hassle to get in. Felt safe. We will for sure be back!

This is the first of many family vacations. Definitely the pictures are deceiving I thought it was as right off the beach our house that is, but it was definitely a very long walk from where we stayed D7 . We definitely made memories that we will cherish, T.J. Was the best person, he works there and steered us in the right direction, answered all our questions. He was just overall the nicest guy and was good at his job. I would say we would we would go back, but we would need to stay beach front .

The villa floor plan was well laid out. Nice screened in porch for quiet mornings and evenings. Beachy and inviting decor. Beds were very comfortable. A great mid location to both ends of the key - the Village or Turltle Bay. Highly recommend. You can’t go wrong.

I have to agree with the other reviews. The description of the proximity to the beach is misleading. Granted, it is still a short walk but not at your back door. We appreciated the cleanliness of the condo, however, it could use a good facelift. It’s a little dated. Loved that we could park right at our door & the private beach was perfect. Especially after seeing how packed the public beaches were. A lot has changed in SK since I was last there 10 yrs ago! Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a few days & the owner was always quick with responses.

This is a very nice rental in a gated community. A block and a half from the beach.

Super clean, quiet place to stay. This unit is NOT on the actual beach. It's a short walk to the beach and equal distance in opposite direction to pool. Pool is right on the roadside, but still private. Overall, this was a very nice stay.
