This is a great rental property in a quit neighborhood . Host was quick to answer any questions and checked how our stay was going. House is very spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and find a quiet place to themselves. Pool was awesome for swimming morning laps and cool off during the day. Comfy beds and large tvs. On average it was about a $10 Uber trip to Freedmont st. and about $13 to the strip. Much better than dealing with parking. Overall my family and I loved our stay and plan on visiting again.

Great Home with nice East/West Pool (Full Sun). Kitchen had everything you could image for a gourmet meal. Olive thought of every detail with this VRBO. Perfect Host. Just bring your toothbrush...the home has it all. Nicely Done!

The house was very comfortable and close to the strip.. the pool was clean and a good size , very enjoyable .. the host was very quick in responding to any of my questions or concerns… overall I would definitely stay here again.. great house

Perfect for a family, very comfortable and accessible. My only recommendation is to raise the temperature of the air conditioning, the house feels very cold. Overall, good experience.

We had a group for a big event and this home was great! The host was so responsive and accommodating . The location is convenient and close to everything but still a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the vibe of the house. We would definitely stay here again. Comfy beds!

Great home with lots of space. We had a great time in the pool and relaxing. The home was close enough to everything to make it easy to get where you wanted to be but far enough away to makr it easy to get in and out of places.

We really like our stay and found the pool refreshing and the large towel provided were great as we did not bring beach towels. Four bedrooms with king mattresses gave us privacy. The ac worked great and would stay again.

The home is located a short 15 minutes from the strip in a quiet neighborhood. The house is lovely and has a great pool area to hang out in. The rooms are big and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for my son’s 21st birthday and the house was absolutely perfect! The owner responds to all messaging quickly and is so kind. The back yard has an excellent photo op!! Thank you Olivia!!

Everyone enjoyed the pool. The only thing that we missed was a washing machine for our dirty clothes :-)

A group of women in my family got together and came out to Vegas to take my oldest daughter’s seniors pictures. We chose this property because it was off the strip and had a pool. It exceeded our expectations! Very clean, plenty of space, and the patio and pool were perfect for morning coffee and afternoon fun. Our host Olive was very responsive. Perfect place to stay off the strip but close enough to enjoy all Vegas has to offer.

The host was very accommodating and answered every question we had. The house was clean and stocked with toiletries. We enjoyed the pool daily, and we liked having the kitchen to cook lunches there. We went at the hottest time. The A/C was the only downfall of shuts off when you are gone for more then 3 hours. Other then that its was a pleasant stay!

House was very clean, had what we needed for the most part. Location isnt ideal for walking around but there is a grocery store very close. Easy to get ubers, and rides to different parts of downtown were only 10-15 mins away.
Back patio/pool area was perfect for hanging out.

We will be booking this house for all future girls trips to Vegas! It is centrally located, easy access to the strip and Fremont. Loved having a private pool. Host was extremely responsive and accommodating!

We had a great stay! Clean house, nice pool, comfortable beds, exactly what was needed. The host was very responsive and helpful. We were a friends group but the house would be great for a family as well…it was a nice change from the strip. Would definitely stay again!

Olive was super responsive, house was perfect for our party of 8. Pool was an amazing amenity to enjoy during the day! House was well stocked and very clean. We go annually for a dart tournament and will def be booking with Olive for years to come!

Although staying on the strip is appealing, having a whole bed and house to share with your friends is move. You have space to yourself and can still cook and stock snacks for the middle of the night saving hundreds of dollars. Ubers to/from this place were less than 20 bucks most time of the day which makes it easy to justify. This property is well kept and cozy. The only thing that would have been the chery on top is a washer/dryer or even a steamer/iron! Other than that, id do it again!

This is a very nice comfortable stay. Pool is great for kids. The yard is great for dogs overall. This is a great little place for a family for a couple days.

We stayed here for my niece's first Vegas trip and it was absolutely PERFECT!
The weather may not have been ideal for swimming, but the pool and back yard made for a great place to hangout while at the house.
The decor is adorable and the beds were super comfortable, making for a fantastic vacation.
The location was great! The strip and Fremont were 10 minutes or less from the house. We Uber'd everywhere and each time we'd order the car, it was no more than 6 minutes away.
We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Nice, clean well-appointed space with nice flow. Neighborhood is a bit sparse on stores, etc. but location from strip and downtown is excellent. Highly recommend and owner was very responsive and helpful.
