Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really great unit in building four. This is the closest building to the Lakeway marina steps entrance. Very nice unit. Well kept. Beautiful view overlooking the marina below and Lake Travis our in the distance. Perhaps the condo association needs to also provide day guest parking passes for a guest of the rental guest. For example it was weird to make other family members or local friends have to try to find somewhere to park over at the Marina because the MVC condo association toes so aggressively if they park in one of the zillion outdoor uncovered spaces labeled for use by MVC owners and guests. Seldom did any of these parking spaces ever have any cars in them but we were afraid to have my son from Austin and brother from shiner or friend from Houston use any spots when they came to visit for a few hours for fear they would be towed. This needs to be addressed with the condo association not the owners of this condo. They are great and super helpful. They even bothered to check on us to make sure we were happy after being there a day. Overall a really great experience.
