Property locations was great. We loved the theater room, and had a family movie each night. The pool table and card table were both used tremendously during our stay. Our young adults loved the kayaks and paddle board and we we appreciative of those being included in the rental. We had plenty of room to spread out and have our space during the stay. This was a really great property for all ages, we had grandparents, parents, 20 somethings, and teens!

This property was perfect for our group! With kids of all ages, being off the main part of the lake was great. They were able to kayak and paddle board without being around lots of other boats and jet skis. We also managed to make time for a movie in the movie room and play some of the games that were available in the house (pool table and board games). We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again if we come back the hot springs.

2 of the main bathrooms were out of service during our stay with raw sewage backing up . Host took hours to respond and it was only repaired on our last day. Porch doors weren’t functional, drier vents hot air into media room making it impossible to enjoy, master hot water faucet wouldn’t shut off…….too much more to list. This was our family vacation for all of our grown kids, grandkids and elderly parents. It’s hard enough to get family together when we all live in different states, then to have our gatherings ruined by a horrible stay. We come to Hot Springs every Summer, but I’ll never stay here again nor recommend it!

We enjoyed the house and visit to Hot Springs. The house had a great set of amenities with hot tub, media room, and game room/pool table. Very enjoyable stay!

The property is spacious with plenty of activity options. Also, it is conveniently located right on Lake Hamilton. The entire experience right from booking to stay and checkout had been fantastic. Laura was always there to answer any questions and take feedback. Will definitely consider this again next year.

WOWWWWW!!! This place was so clean and so spacious!! The movie theater was an amazing feature on one of our rainy days! I would HIGHLY recommend this house to anyone visiting Hot Springs!! The drive to the downtown area was short! Hoping to stay here again one day during summer months to enjoy some boating!! If you are thinking of renting.... DO IT!!!!

Family had a blast kayaking, playing games, fishing, and being around the campfire.

The house was clean with plenty of room and amenities for everyone. Check in process was easy. Communication with the property manager could have been better as I haven’t received reply for a couple of emails that I have sent. However that didn’t negatively impact our stay at all. We will definitely go back.

The house itself is great for family fun and very comfortable. Only issue was it needs a large frying pan 14-18 inches for family breakfast. Also, the A/C unit in enclosed glass patio (which is wonderful) by pool table was not hooked up. We have had extremely excessive heat but the house itself stayed cool.

Decided to do a trip with my husband’s family and was thrilled when this booking popped up - ages 81 years old to 22months. Easy drive from Houston area. There was a snafu receiving the door code, but once that was ironed out the trip was a HUGE success. The pool table, card table and theater room game everyone - young and old a place to sit, mingle, talk, etc. The back patio has a nice setup and the kayaks and paddle board were a nice addition. We brought a few of our own kayaks, but with the ones at the house we could get out as a group and enjoy the water. I would recommend having water shoes if you plan to swim around. The kitchen has a good setup and a wide variety of pots and pans. There are plenty of glasses, plates and cutlery that we had more than enough for everyone in our group. There’s a good selection of games as well - cards, checkers, backgammon, poker chips, life, scrabble. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels inside and even towels to use by the lake. I would highly recommend this rental property.

The rooms & decor were exceptional & very well appointed. The theatre room & the pool table gave us a lot of additional entertainment opportunities. All in all a fabulous house in a pretty location meant that my mother had the best birthday ever! Thank you the great owners! We loved it & would highly recommend a stay there !

The kids had so much fun playing outside, using the hot tub, and roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. We were all entertained with the pool table and media room. The game table was nice for dominoes. I especially enjoyed my morning coffee looking out over the lake. The bunk room upstairs was fun for the kids. The kitchen and eating area was large enough for all of us to be together. Very comfortable beds and the linens were nice quality. We would definitely stay here again!
