Lovely CLEAN home with all the amenities one would want! Location is great, 10 minutes to restaurants, stores and such, 45 minutes or less to all the standard tourist spots around Colorado Springs. Drew responded quickly to our texts, great host!

We had a wonderful time. The home was in a beautiful setting with pine trees. We loved sitting around the fire table. The home was well equipped with kitchen supplies . The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the hammock. The host was quick to respond to our questions. We loved our stay there.

Too much to list! Everything was absolutely fantastic! The neighborhood, amenities in the home, communication with Drew, comfy bed, great bedding! Will return here on all our visits to Colorado! Thanks for everything Drew!

It was perfect! Stayed for my son’s USAFA Graduation. It was perfect distance to USAFA and we did not have to get on I-25 at all. Gave us a little distance and breathing room from all the activity to destress at the end of the day. Deck with propane fire was wonderful. Place was clean and fit us very well. Nice setting and great house.

The name haven in the woods sums up this place! My family loved the location and all of the pretty scenery. We loved the visits from the deer. This place had everything we needed for our first trip to Colorado. The only thing we didn’t care for was how hard the mattresses were. Just our families preference. Overall we loved it here and would definitely go back.

Highly recommend. Fantastic location with a view of snowy Pikes Peak. All the comforts of home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare home cooked meals throughout our stay. The large grill and gas fire pit were a huge plus. Two of our guests have allergies, so we appreciated the fragrance free products and no fragrant air fresheners, etc. We were even able to enjoy watching a small group of mule deer from the back porch.

Easy to rent, easy access to everything we wanted to do, it had everything and more that we needed. Perfect haven in the woods. Will definitely come and stay again.

Excellent property in a great location, easy to get to and a wonderful property manager. Not a lot of unreasonable requests, and an easy check out. Highly recommended this property for a relaxing fun weekend retreat with family and/or friends.

This home was perfect! Immaculately clean, well appointed, and in a quiet serene neighborhood tucked away in the pines. We wanted to be away from the strip malls and sprawl down in town, but still close enough to make an easy drive. This delivered on all counts. An easy 15 minute drive to the academy, 8-10 minutes to services, but with a nice rural feel. There are some nice jogging paths through the meadow right out the door too.
The manager Drew was very helpful and communicative, and included several thoughtful touches: new sponges in the wrapper, coffee for the Keurig, full propane for the bbq. Very attentive to detail and we definitely appreciated it. We will be back for sure!

We had a wonderful stay at the Haven in the Woods! Such a beautiful property, inside and out. Every detail was thought of. I wished we had more time to enjoy the peace and quiet of the location but we were too busy with a family wedding. Drew was great and easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

So so clean, beautiful wooded retreat with plenty of room and activities. We came to CO Springs for a wedding. Only stayed 2 nights but wish it could have been more. Looking forward to another visit!

This place was absolutely awesome to stay at. The kitchen was fully stocked, everything just had an extra touch that made it so wonderful. Very clean and tidy, super cozy. Drew was great and communicative. The rules were clear and concise. Location is great for renfest. 10/10 would stay here again.

My family really enjoyed staying at this house, way better than a hotel! Was nice to come back in the evenings to a quiet neighborhood after exploring CO! Would definitely stay there again!!

Much needed get-away
Communication with the property manager was excellent from the moment we booked this place. The property exceeded our expectations. The details throughout the house made us feel welcomed here and "spoiled". Everything we needed was provided. We were here to re-visit Colorado Springs where we previously lived. We had a great trip and love Black Forest even more. I would highly recommend this house to anyone. If we need a place to stay in the future, we would definitely book this one again.

This property was awesome. Clean and well stocked. We attended a wedding at Younger Ranch and were 6 min away. Enjoyed the outdoor deck every morning and evening. Drew was quick and easy to communicate with. We couldn't have picked a more perfect home.

This was, by far, the cleanest and most beautiful place I've rented. The home, location, grounds etc were perfect for what we needed. Drew was incredibly kind, helpful, generous, and responsive. The home was immaculate and had very nice touches (sealed & stamped toilet paper, lit up toilet, goodies in the fridge etc). Everything was fresh & clean & felt like heaven on earth. Very beautiful and pleasant...good energy! I searched for a place for weeks and every place I had limitations and complications. This beauty and retreat in the woods will not disappoint!

Such a nice property
This house did not disappoint. It was super nice, it was very clean, it was in a great location in a nice neighborhood. We saw deer at the neighbor's house. It was close to Colorado Springs but not so close that it was heavy traffic. We loved our stay!
