In town for a wedding - this house was perfect for our needs. Very clean, charming and easy to work with owners. I would highly recommend.

It was an absolute beautiful place for our gang of 6 adults and 2 kids to stay . The surrounding neighborhood was calm and this place is a really nearer place to White mountains.

The house is so neat and clean with everything you need to have a wonderful stay. A well stocked kitchen, large grill for outdoor cooking, comfortable furnishings, inviting fire pit and located in a picture perfect neighborhood. The house was beautifully decorated for Fall, inside and out. We really appreciated the wheelchair accessibility also. There were 7 in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out. The house is conveniently located close to many White Mountain activities such as the Conway Scenic railway and the beautiful Kancamagus highway. The owners are so responsive and helpful. Be sure to have breakfast at Rosie’s. Delicious food! If you are considering renting this house, do not hesitate. You will not be disappointed. We would love to stay here again if we ever have the opportunity.

This home was perfect for us, great location, very well stocked with all one could need. Cozy rooms and great beds. Owners are very nice and helpful. Just a perfect place to vacation !

The cleanest VRBO we have ever rented. You felt at home the minute you walked in. The kitchen was FULLY equipped with EVERYTHING. The welcome to our home manual answered every question. The furniture was clean and comfortable. Instruction cards throughout the home helped for a relaxing visit. The home is rural, but close to outlets, Mount Washington and lake Winnepesaki . Although we are seniors, we would recommend this home for families with children. The outside patio and lawn were also well kept. I can nit think of one negative about this home.

We stayed at this wonderful house and attended a family wedding at Locke Falls Farm. It was so clean and equipped with every amenity that a family (age ranging from 5y to 92y) could need! Joyce and David have thought of everything! Highly recommend this home!

This rental is probably the best VRBO property that we've stayed at. The house was clean, comfortable, well maintained and well stocked to handle 7 adults. Communication with the owners was straight forward and timely. As we were in the area for a wedding, the location could not have been better for access to Whiteface Hollow. I would definitely stay here if ever in the area again, and highly recommend the property.

The Tamworth Cottage was an immaculate Cute Cottage. This is the far best stocked VRBO I have ever stayed. They have thought of everything, it made our stay so easy. Kitchen is fully stocked the every kitchen gadget to please all chefs. Beach towels, insulated bag, folding chairs available for a perfect picnic at the Lake. It’s a perfect place for a family. Beautifully decorated. I loved the photos showing the history of the Cottage. The Township of Tamworth had plenty of social activities that were just down the street. A Great Place to stay. We will definitely rebook for our next visit in Tamworth.

The house was exactly as pictured. Very clean. The weather prevented us from using any of the outdoor amenities. The owners were very nice and always available if needed. Definitely recommend.

David & Joyce we’re very attentive to our group’s needs. The house & property are lovely. The house was stocked with many extras like toothpaste & other bathroom supplies, in case we forgot something. The kitchen was fully stocked with the basics for cooking & dining, complete with spices & a few condiments. The only suggestion I made to the owners is to make available a possible, flexible check in check / out time. Check-in is late at 4pm. Check-out is earlier than is customary at 10:00 am. Otherwise, I would highly recommend David & Joyce’s home for a relaxing get-away. Our group came for the 100th anniversary of the Laconia Motorcycle Rally & although the weather did not cooperate a lot of the time, we took advantage of some of the owner’s suggestions for local activities & found plenty to do. We also spent lots of time enjoying the property. Great hosts! Great location! Great place!

We had such a great experience staying at this house for a long weekend. The hosts were extremely responsive and accommodating, the property and house are beautiful and well decorated, and all the rooms felt so comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked which is not always a guarantee with a rental, and we were able to easily cook several meals during our stay. Would highly recommend!

This property was the setting for a perfect family getaway. We were able to create beautiful family memories. The property is quaint and cozy. The property is fully stocked as if being in your own home. It was very clean and comfortable. The property owners were very responsive and ensured we didn’t need anything during our stay. The children had their own space in the basement which they truly enjoyed. This home had such a feeling of family and was extremely cozy! Location wise it was a perfect, about 30 minutes from North Conway and still close enough to some shopping if we needed any supplies. We will definitely stay here again😊

Great experience

We had an amazing stay in Taworth NH. The house was fully stocked with everything you need to cook relax, and play( family games). We were able to enjoy time with family as it was handicap accessible. The hosts were also kind and helpful. Everything was clean it was really inviting and beautiful.

The house came fully stocked, immaculate, and the decor was so cozy and nice it made you feel at home. Our family loved our stay and will be back. The house with the basement felt surprisingly spacious for our family of 7.

I had a great stay with friends enjoying a long weekend. We enjoyed playing outdoor games, as well as the fire pit seating when the weather permitted. The inside was very cozy, and the perfect setting to enjoy quality time. I would most definitely recommend staying here, its a great place with a great host.

Our stay at this home in Tamworth was wonderful. The house is cozy, immaculate, beautifully decorated and easy to settle into. The location in convenient to scenic routes, restaurants, stores, hiking trails and lakes. The instructions left by owners were detailed and easy to follow and it is safe to say they take great pride in this home.

This was the perfect spot for us for a fall family wedding at The Preserve. While we had events covering meals and activities- the house is fully stocked with everything you would need and has been very nicely renovated. There is a wonderful fire pit with plenty of wood which I was sad not to have time to enjoy. The host was terrific and offered great ideas - we walked into town and went to the farmer's market and checked out the charming little town. North Conway is a short drive and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Vito Marcellos and a terrific lunch at Black Cap Grille. Be prepared ahead for groceries as the nearest is a bit of a drive. We highly recommend this spot!!

It was so nice to return from the wedding and to enjoy such a welcoming place. The ambiance was so calming and relaxing. We enjoyed the fire pit and shared family memories. The girls had so much fun in the playroom. The house is meticulously kept and is filled with happy colors. My family thoroughly loved this place.

The property was beautiful with a great layout to accommodate our extended family. David and Joyce were very mindful of little details and the house was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked with lots of things that made our trip more convenient. We enjoyed the fire pit one evening. My dad, son, and I had a lovely bike ride through the area and we spent time at the lake. Communication with David and Joyce was great - I really appreciated the great signage and information.

This property had everything we needed for a great visit. The host provided brochures which were helpful in narrowing down our day trips and more importantly, the road map that i borrowed (and was laughed at for taking) was essential when our phone maps failed due to sporadic coverage. House is VERY well stocked with plates, pans, glassware,etc. Grill is newer and excellent. Would stay again if back to explore the white mountains.
