This home was perfect for our family stay over Thanksgiving! It is extremely well maintained and organized. I forgot to pack books for our nightly reading, but the owners even provided a wonderful variety to choose from. My kids and I both loved that. If you’re looking for a beautiful home with prompt communication, above average accommodation and great hospitality, look no further.

We couldn't be more pleased with our time at So Toes in the Sand! The house is beautiful and there were so many extras that made it comfortable and easy especially with kids! Our baby just started crawling up stairs so the baby gate was a life saver! All the rooms were comfy and the kitchen had everything we could need. The beach was a short walk away and the pool across the street was awesome for going back and forth from. Overall we loved it and can't wait to go back!

Absolutely perfect. Very well stocked and organized. Everything was so clean and organized. Had way more beach chairs and other items than any other beach house I’ve stayed in. Quiet part of beach and very close to beach access. Couldn’t ask for any more! We loved our long friend’s weekend in this house!

We really enjoyed the porch - shaded from the afternoon sun with a view of the beach. The owners have thought of all of the amenities, making our trip a lot easier. They provided linens, bath towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. They even has a rolling beach cart.

Our stay here was nothing short of wonderful. This home is immaculate, the location is convenient to everything, and any item you could possibly need (both indoor and out) is supplied to you. The main living space is open and airy; a great family space (we had 4 adults and 2 kids ages 5 and 2 in our group). Outside deck is spectacular. Outdoor shower is super. The kids enjoyed the community pool close to the house. We look forward to staying here again! A real bonus to this home are the owners. They are so accommodating, personable and caring. They made our stay so enjoyable by way of their great communication and in providing us with so much information about the area, things to do, places to go. They were always very available for any questions and went above and beyond to make our stay a great experience.

Everything was conveniently well stocked plus extra. Wouldn't change a thing. Excellent location, easy access to beach, and community dock. Definitely would get again! Happy with everything!

Family loved the house - had everything from kitchen stuff to games for kids. Beds comfy and good linens towels and beach towels! Lots of outdoor furniture to enjoy all sides of home! King downstairs and queen room and 4 bunks upstairs. Can see Jinks Creek and ocean!

My family takes a quick beach trip every Thanksgiving. This was our 6th annual trip and MY FAVORITE so far! The house was amazing and well organized…it had everything we needed for a comfortable and restful trip! I hope to return!

We enjoyed our OIB stay! The cottage was well equipped with lots of extra beach accessories. Short walk to beach public access. The entire neighborhood was well maintained. Owners were very responsive to any questions/texts. We'd rent with them again! Our only problem was the incoming storm IAN, but that's life at the beach in September.

The house was beautiful and clean. Perfect for our family of 5, but could have easily fit a few more. The pool was right next door and the walk to the beach was no more then a few minutes. Highly recommend this house and location.

This was our first time at OIB and this property was great. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. One of the neighborhood pools is literally across the street from the house and the community docks are a short walk away. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of beach accessories. House was a great layout for our family of 5. No issues or complaints at all.

The house was very nice, clean, and had just about everything we needed, including everything for cooking and 2 coffee makers. The owners were very responsive whenever we contacted them. The house was a quick walk to the beach; the pool is right in front of the house. The outside shower was nice, there were beach chairs and towels and a cooler for the beach. The master room bed was very comfortable. The queen bed had a plastic cover that was loud. The bunk beds were fairly comfortable. The dining table/chairs and couches were comfortable and well maintained; all the appliances worked well. The balcony was great to hang out on. We definitely would recommend this home!

Christina and Jonathan were excellent hosts! Their property has many wonderful amenities and is stocked with everything you need. The neighborhood development is very nice and the pool is literally across the street (which was an added bonus for our children)!

The house was the perfect size for my family of six and could fit a few more. The walk to the beach was short and one of the two pools on property was just outside the house. No real need for a golf cart rental. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Jonathan and Christina were so helpful throughout the whole process. The house was absolutely perfect and very kid friendly. Everything we needed was already provided. We will definitely rent this house again.

The location was perfect. Being able to see the ocean from the deck was a bonus. Outside shower very nice. Beach chairs and beach toys are provided and in great shape. The house was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, well organized, fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer. Living space nice and large. Dining table could easily hold 6 people. Bedrooms and Bathrooms very well maintained. Location to restaurant’s and shopping perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful beach home. We hope to be repeat customers.

We so much enjoyed our stay here! The house was so nicely decorated, well kept and well equipped for all you need and more. My husband and I (& our pup) ran away for the weekend and this was just what we needed. Nice neighborhood feel with easy walk to the beach! I'm super picky about pet friendly places and this one was by far one of the nicest and cleanest I've seen :)

We lived the location and the property. Easy beach access and all the beach equipment you can want right on property. The house was perfect for our group of 6, but easily could have accommodated more! The property managers were always prompt and helpful during the entire process. We will be back!!
