Such a cute little place. We brought our two teen boys to play on the beach and had a blast. The place is quiet, cute, well equipped, and close to everything.
We recieved a message from Mark, the host, with all the information, codes, and instructions. We never heard from him again. Not that we didn't mind, but we have stayed at a couple places that the host lived on the same property and visited with us the entire time and we felt like we were being rude trying to get away to enjoy our vacation. That was not the case here. We never heard from Mark, but knew he was available if we had an issue. We messaged him that we had left and had an immediate response thanking us for our stay. We will definately add this to our favorites. Great experience. 100%

This property was clean and meet all our needs for a couple days. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was unexpectedly refreshing. Great stay, great value compared to a hotel.

Mark was wonderful to work with and answered questions/provided support promptly. The condo was very clean and well-organized. It also was well equipped and included sand toys, beach chairs, and more! It was great to have a nice washer/dryer combo access right inside of the condo. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm which was a necessity for us with the cool weather that we encountered.

Excellent location: close to the cruise terminals, shopping, restaurants, and the Cocoa Beach Pier is nearby. The condo property is maintained and the unit was clean.
The setting is peaceful and quiet. Private access to the beach with a shower- hose at the beach access gate.
We were able to see a night space shuttle launch. You could feel and hear the rocket launch.
We enjoyed our stay and will use Royal Mansions for our October pre- or post-cruise stay. Wish we could have stayed longer.

This was a wonderful place to stay and a beautiful location. We were only steps away from the pool and a great beach. It was great to go to the beach and watch the sunrise every morning. We look forward to coming back in the future.

The property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we were looking for. It’s clean with a great location. Having a pool, spa, and being beachside makes the trifecta. We will definitely look for this unit again when we are booking our next trip.

We were very pleased with the condo, the location, and the private beach. The condo was clean and had everything you may need, from cooking utensils, lotions, towels, and beach items. The owner was always there to communicate. We will be back for sure. Great location, and only 45 minutes from Disney.

We had a great stay at this condo in Cape Canaveral. The description and photos were accurate. It was very comfortable and well stock with everything we needed for a week at the beach. We highly recommend this unit and we hope to stay their again!

My spouse and I enjoyed our brief vacation at this property. Mark provided great instructions for check-in. The location to the beach and restaurants was great. We loved having morning coffee on the balcony while viewing the beach and court yard. The unit was updated with all necessary amenities. We definitely recommend this property to others.

Everything was very clean. The proximity to the beach was awesome. The pool was great. The location was great for us as we spent 2 days at the Kennedy Space Center. Publix and lots of great restaurants are 10 mins away

The property is well positioned for beach access and well maintained. The unit had everything we needed to get started on our stay and Mark was fantastic at responding to questions and any issue. The property is close to many restaurants, rocket launches and Jetty Park.

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood directly on the beach with shops and restaurants very close by. Easy access to both the Cocoa Beach Pier and Canaveral cove.
This property is very comfortable, well maintained and was absolutely clean upon arrival. The owner was attentive and eager to ensure we had all we needed during our stay. The new washer and dryer in the unit was a very welcome feature!
With direct access to the beach and/or lounging at the heated pool, our vacation was a great experience!

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Our youngest grandgirl was with us. She loved it. She couldn’t quite understand why we were staying in Mr. Marks house. She kept saying, “Where does he live? I like his beach hotel, NiNi!”
There are a few things that stand out and they may seem small. The furniture was exceptionally clean and the bed was squishy ( according to the grandgirl). This means it was wonderful.
I would have liked a washer/dryer since we had her with us. However, there are an abundance of soft towels. Didn’t lack there.

Recently stayed for a long weekend with a friend to attend an event in the area. Property is great size for a single or couple/pair traveling together. It was clean and well maintained and is in a great location. Easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurant options within driving distance. Thanks for a great stay
