The house was nice and worked out well for our party. It was in the process of some work due to the hurricane but that really didn’t affect our stay. The only 2 issues we had was that large amounts of garbage ( 4 overflowing cans) was left there from previous guests, although property manager acknowledged the problem it was not resolved and the outdoor area was over run with flies making it difficult to eat or drink on patio and enjoy being outside around pool It also became quite smelly. We also paid to have pool/ spa heated prior to arrival which was not done. We finally figured out how to use the remote heater but lost time being able to use pool/ spa as both were freezing. We suggested that the manager print some instructions on how to operate the pool heater remote for future guests

Amazing property, everything was clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Only complaint is with Vacasa, the “property manager.” They are virtually impossible to get ahold of over the phone and the email reply’s were all automated. The listing advertised a pack n play being available for our infant son so I called 2 weeks in advance to make sure it would be there. (No answer) I then tried texting and emailing (no response) Upon arrival, there was no pack n play available. Tried calling, texting, and emailing with only an automated response at 2:00 a.m. 2 days into our trip. Hoping this review finds the homeowner or Vacasa so adjustments can be made to improve upon an incredible house in a nice location.

Very clean & spacious home.

This place was perfect. Kitchen had everything you could ever want Beds were extremely comfortable. Bedding was very nice also. Master bath was great. The shower pressure was perfect. The pool was sooooo goooood. ( we went home to 14 degrees) I could not ask for a better place to stay. Now weather didn’t co-operate, but our host couldn’t fix that.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean and when we had trouble getting the pool heater's remote control to work, the property manager hung on the phone with us until we got the problem solved. The outdoor patio is the best. We spent a lot of time out there playing cards on a table that can handle up to 8 people. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything about the house was great! Worthwhile paying the extra money to get pool and spa heat - be sure to find the pool remote control in the house for pool mode/spa mode and heat controls! Distance to nearest (nice) beach is misleading…be prepared to drive 45 min + to get to the nice beaches! Layout of this house is ideal for hanging out inside/outside and still feel like you are all hanging out together, which is wonderful.

Quiet home on a lovely canal. We were only here for a few days but wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the pool and backyard. The house was clean and stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, etc.. Would definitely stay again!

Loved the house. Roomy, comfy. Loved the pool. Very nice stay, would definitely recommend. Great communication when renting.

We stayed in this quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac. It was relaxing and the house was clean.
