Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights. The house met our needs for the sty and the location of the house of great. Quiet neighborhood. All bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom floor creeks with every step while walking in the room and the master bath. Didn't affect our stay but was quite noticeable. All in all it is a nice house in a great location.

Great spot in ABQ for our family of 4. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meal, laundry room was perfect, and rooms were spacious. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe!

This is a pleasant home in a desirable location! I really appreciated that Michelle was pleasant and accommodating about a last minute schedule change! We would definitely stay here again.

Loved this home! Clean, very safe area and so comfortable! Instructions for check in/out were clear and detailed. View from the upstairs patio was better than pictured!
Close access to Sandia Peak Tram and everywhere else we went was an easy 15-20 min drive.

This place was terrific for us to get together with family. It was very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for us and our adult children. We have never done a Vrbo before but certainly will again. Thank you for a great stay!

My family and I were in town to celebrate my brother’s graduation and had a wonderful stay at this home! We had an issue with the water on our second day but the owners were very responsive and the issue was dealt with expeditiously. The home is near a beautiful park that my family enjoyed walking at and the couch/living room was great for lounging at the end of our day adventures! Thanks again!

We stayed at the property in conjunction with a family reunion. It was a great base for visits to surrounding areas and had plenty of room for evening discussions on comfy sofas. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here. We celebrated Easter with family near by, and the house felt like home. The kitchen is stocked well, the yard is nice, the living area is comfortable, and overall the house is great for a family. There are stairs, so that’s something to consider if you have young children. The owner was very prompt and helpful with communication. She went above and beyond for us after we discovered we had left an item. Thank you for our wonderful stay.

We enjoyed a very restful and relaxing weekend in Albuquerque.
The gas log fireplace was used a lot since it snowed. Easy and delightful! Guests should be aware that there is no local network television access that we could figure out, so it was not possible to watch sports on the networks over the Thanksgiving weekend, which was a little bit of a disappointment. All the streaming services were available, and the house itself is wonderful. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at this home! It was well stocked, clean, and had a great view. We really enjoyed our time there and our host was great at communicating with us throughout the process. Highly recommended!

This property made our Albuquerque visit a nice vacation. Great location near the Sandia mountains made this trip very enjoyable. The second floor patio was nice for evening sitting and looking at the mountains and star watching at night. Access to stores on Eubank and surrounding streets a plus. Living room and kitchen areas makes it very easy to feel at home with entertainment from the TV and cooking and dining. We had a fantastic time staying here!

Highly recommend! Clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the close proximity to open space for hiking/running. Nearby grocery store and coffee shop a plus! Michelle was very responsive and we appreciated that she was able to accomodate an early checkin for us.

We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this property is one of the best. It’s located in a good and quite neighborhood with a beautiful mountain view. The kitchen has everything you’d need to prepare a meal or have coffee in the morning. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.

We had a great family holiday while visiting relatives in the Albuquerque area. The house was perfect for our group of 5 adults and celebrating Christmas with the rest of the family. Being so close to the shopping center at Eubank and Juan Tabo made it easy to get supplies and walk to places for a meal. The home is well maintained, clean, in a safe neighborhood, and has a great view of the Sandia Mountains. Thanks for the great place to stay!

We visit our ABQ family often and have stayed at many properties, but this was by far the best stay we have had in the area—it is a very comfortable, nicely updated, and well equipped home! Lots of upscale kitchen appliances (Keurig w frother, air fryer, quality cookware, etc.), smart tvs in all rooms, great laundry room, very nice towels, linens, and beds—really, nothing was lacking and everything was very clean and stylish. We were there in December and loved the fireplace. It will definitely be our first choice stay the next time we visit, and we highly recommend.

We stayed here during the Balloon Fiesta, and it was a great location for the Hoffmantown Church Park & Ride (10 mins), Sandia Tramway, and other things we wanted to do in ABQ. Neighborhood felt safe, and we even walked on sidewalks to the nearby Walgreen's and Smith's grocery. A couple of restaurants, a DQ, gas, and other businesses were in the same shopping center. The home itself was very clean, well stocked, roomy, and had comfortable beds, pillows, and seating. The five of us are 65 -75 yrs old and managed the steps to the bedrooms just fine, but we greatly appreciated the downstairs 1/2 bath. The backyard and balcony were great for enjoying the views. Highly recommend!

House is located on a cul-de-sac with unobstructed view of mountains. Peaceful backyard & balcony. Comfortable beds & adequately stocked kitchen. House is only 7-minutes away from running trailhead. We would definitely stay in this house again!

We loved this house! It was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and everything worked. The communication with the manager was excellent and check-in was smooth. The backyard was very quiet and private.
It was about a 20 minute drive to the Balloon Fiesta park so the location was very convenient. The area around the house seemed safe and had things like grocery stores and parks.
