I really enjoyed the house as it was extremely clean, newly renovated with a great interior design which made me and my family feel comfortable, just like at home. I will most definitely try to rent this place again if it is available for my next upcoming trip. I enjoyed the fact that the property has a backyard and hottub, grill and beach chair! Highly recommend!!!

There is no furniture that allows people to hang out and watch TV or relax together

The house (and rooms) was very nice. The location near the beach was great. But-- the air conditioning filter was filthy, probably not changed in years. There were barely enough dishes, the dish washer had missing tracks, there was no aluminum foil, plastic wrap, etc. The refrigerator filter needed to be changed. And the driveway was very difficult navigating. The patio space in front of the house (or the space in the back) should be clear so a car can backup into it. For the price asked for this rental all of this should be in perfect shape.

Everything was wonderful! We had a great time and the house was perfect for us. It was very clean and across two streets to the beach. They provided 3 fans which was a wonderful idea with the weather being so hot. We would definitely stay at this house again.

The space was clean, had everything we needed and very close to restaurants and the boardwalk. The beach is right across the street which was convenient. Fort Lauderdale beach is a short drive as well.

Property was clean and had everything we needed. It was an easy three minute walk to the beach, which was clean and not crowded, even over Spring Break. The neighborhood was safe and we felt comfortable allowing our young teens to walk to get ice cream after dark.

We had a wonderful time. The walk to the beach was so easy. We were within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the pier. If I am back in the area, I will definitely rent again.

The house was very clean and inviting. There was all the beach equipment you would need. There were plenty of linens as well as beach towels. The place was located within walking distance of everything-especially the beach!

The house was beautiful and amazingly clean, the bedrooms and kitchen were perfect for our needs. The showers are heavenly, although the second bathroom sink needs a little space. The hot tub was a nice amenity, although it did not warm up too much on the 2nd day. Overall a great stay and would revisit.

The management company was super fast to respond to any questions. The house is on a very busy street and can be loud at times due to traffic noise. Using a sound machine helped a lot with the noise. The house is within walking distance to restaurants and more. We really enjoyed our stay at this property!

Loved the house, easy and great communication! Awesome location except that it’s located on a main road so if you care about noise keep this in mind.

The experience of renting this property was extremely easy. The house was just perfect for our family. This place is easy walking distance to the beach and just a small walk to Walgreens to pick up so many necessities during our stay. The house is beautiful, very clean and decorated nicely. The location of this property was amazing. It was so nice that the private beach was just a 2 minute walk. The house had lots of space and was nicely updated. Having three bathrooms for 4 girls was also a plus. The only thing I did not like was that TURNKEY was not allowing early check in and they were saying that it was the owner that wasn’t allowing early check-in. When we got to the property the owner was there doing some last minute things to get the house ready and they said they have no idea why turnkey wouldn’t let us do early check-in because the house wasn’t rented all week so there wasn’t anything to be cleaned. We even offered to pay a small fee for early check in and turnkey kept saying no. So just keep that in mind when you book.
