We loved this condo! The master bed was so comfortable and the decor throughout the unit was very nice....updated and pretty. We enjoyed the games that were provided, too. My only complaint was that since we booked this condo based on the wonderful balcony area, we were disappointed that the view from the balcony when sitting in the chairs provided, was obscured by the railing. Maybe invest in some tall and comfortable chairs so the guests can fully enjoy the view. Otherwise, it was fantastic!!

A very nicely updated condo with a great ocean view and a short walk across a dune walkway to a flat, expansive beach. Great for running or walking!

Great little condo. About 1k s/f.., 20 minutes from old St..Augustine. Football field hike to the beach. Everything included. Keep in mind on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

Been coming to St. Augustine since lay 70’s. Now my girls are bringing their families. We had 3 units at Hibiscus managed by 3 different companies. All units were very nice but, the property does need attention. First time staying here but always drove by and seeing the beautiful hibiscus wood carvings at entrance. Now they are falling in and hard to find entrance. I made several calls to Vacasa to report unkept pools, pool cleaning net’s rotted so we could not scoop bugs and stuff out. Second the water showers on board walk from beach did not work. Not sure about pool cleaning but one shower was fixed. A lady there said, they had owned 2 time shares and had for many years. They sold one and was going to sell the other due to lack of Security, keep up of property etc. we did have a good time but I definitely can see what lady was saying. Entrance, parking spaces etc need painted and marked.

Updated condo. Very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. Quick walk to beach and pools with wagon, chairs and umbrella in unit. Be sure to read the instruction booklet in the condo since the rental agency Vacasa knew nothing about what was provided!

We had a great time and were VERY comfortable in this condo. The beds were so Comfortable and the place was very clean! It was a great location. We were there for a wedding and were worried about spring breakers but it was very quiet and relaxing! Great place to stay!

Condo was beautiful and the beds were excellent. Better than home! The view from the balcony was fantastic and felt secluded in a way. Complex grounds needs refurbishing but the pool was heated and very nice.

Literally on the Beach; Being on the 3rd floor it has GREAT Views! It should ne noted that there is NO ELEVATOR; which was ok for us but may be a problem for some hard to walk folks. The Condos are Nice, older but just renovated and this unit is up to date. It was Clean. The Bedding is Comfortable. It was well thought out in that there is a shelf full of board games, some books and magazines and a closet full of Beach Stuff. Overall, We had a Great Time and would come here again!

Great stay, wonderful property. Quiet and well appointed. Had everything we needed and more. Enjoyed the view from the balcony of the ocean every morning to have coffee. Close to amenities without being too close for noise and traffic etc. Would recommend

We rent lots of properties for trips and vacations and this property is one of the best! The condo is a top level unit so stairs to enter but no one above you. The access was easy, designated parking space, digital lock, It’s got contemporary finishes (quartz counters, nice tile, stainless appliances and a fresh comfortable feel all around) and it was SUPER clean! Very nicely furnished with really comfortable beds…And a covered porch that overlooks the dunes and the ocean. The sunrises were fantastic!! Just a short private walkway to the beach (or the pool but we didn’t use that though it looked inviting!). The property is in a really good location for grocery stores, restaurants or other amenities. And only 15 mins to get to historic downtown St Augustine. The complex feels quiet (there were not tons of people everywhere) and the unit is situated in a way that once you’re inside (or on the porch) it feels pretty secluded. We 100% recommend this place and have already told the owner we’ll be back again. Don’t hesitate to rent this one. You’ll have a great experience!

This beach front property met all of our needs perfectly; while located only minutes away from downtown St Augustine!

The space was adequate for our family and the kitchen was well supplied. We loved the easy walk to the beach via the boardwalk. The beach was beautiful and not crowded. The pool was a welcome spot for our grandson.

I absolutely enjoyed everything about this condo! From the comfortable design to the convenience of the beach and pool! There are many things to discover on this large beach. I personally love to paddleboard and enjoyed several areas great for a leisurely paddle. I also love to roller skate and the paved parking lot was very fun to practice my tricks! I will definitely be visiting again!

Very nice renovated condo in an older community. The inside and view from balcony were very nice. I did have to ask for a new comforter on bed as they didn’t know if they were washed in between guest. Great pool and quiet neighborhood- will definitely go back.

This is an incredible place. Completely renovated from top to bottom. I am super picky about beds and we slept amazingly well here. The beds are the best I have ever had at a rental. The unit is so well stocked. It even has a soda stream! Anything you could need the kitchen has it. Plus a large pantry for food storage which most beach rentals do not have. It was immaculate and clean. The view was so spectacular. The grounds are very peaceful and calm- not a crazy busy place. But still has the amenities you want- hot tubs, pools (heated) and more. St. Augustine had so much to see and do, we have to come back to experience it all. This stretch of beach was really incredible- very wide and flat- perfect for walks. We will definitely be back.

Spent 4 nights in this beautiful condo with friends. We had rain most every day, which of course no one can help, but we very much enjoyed this condo. A few things others may want to think about, however: -Steep steps. Unit is on the 3rd floor, which sounds OK until you haul up luggage and groceries and old creaky bodies! -Parking - unit has one assigned spot, and we had 2 cars (2 couples on this trip). Guest parking was a bit of a hike. For that matter, this building is not adjacent to parking lot, so a bit of a stroll. -Speaking of location of building, it was tricky to find it - you can't see it from the street. We had to call the local property concierge to help us find it. That said, the unit was nicely decorated, the beds were comfy, and the view was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed. A couple plug outlets were not working in bathrooms, and we were assured they'd be fixed immediately. (we asked for repairs not to disrupt our short vacation, so we declined having someone come while we were there) Pools were great and the local concierge number we were given was very responsive to any issues we had. I very much wish we'd planned a time when we could've stayed longer!

The condo was absolutely perfect. It was clean, newly updated with high end finishes, and the location was perfect. The most wonderful part was the view from the living room and bedroom of the awesome ocean.

The house is lovely, clean, and well appointed. The views are spectacular. We loved this little gem.

We loved it. Little farther then we thought to get to st augustine beach and down town but was still a short driving distance. Property needs some upkeep on other buildings in complex and hot tubs are small.

Our family of four really enjoyed this condo on the beach! Perfectly located mere steps from the beach, swimming pool, and spa . Minutes from restaurants, shops and historic sites. We particularly loved the ocean sunset views from the balcony, the stylish and quality decor, and how the condo was set up perfectly to anticipate a guest needs! Highly recommend this condo when visiting St. Aug!! No complaints here (and we have high standards)!!!
