Our family ( 3 adult couples and an infant) spent 11 wonderful and relaxing days in Beautiful West Bay. Our booking was seamless as was our checking in and we were welcomed with some complimentary wine and well equipped kitchen. There is a Weber BBQ as well (thoroughly cleaned inside and out by a maintenance person on our first day there!) The large air conditioned bedrooms were a dream after long sunny , hot days and the private pool was used extensively by adults and the infant alike! We snorkeled right off the front of the property and saw many fish, conches, even a small stingray. ( the waterfront where you enter the ocean is mostly coral... but within a few hundred feet there are a couple of sandy spots where you can enter and exit in comfort... having said that, water shoes would be a smart thing to bring with you if snorkelling is your thing). A wonderful tennis court is just steps away from the back door (literally) and we took advantage of this almost daily. (Raquets and balls were provided right in the home for us to use... there are basketball hoops and ball as well... NOTE: it was best to do earlier in the morning when the temperature was cooler and the wind was still light). Every day there was a beautiful breeze and if you are a sun lover you won't be disappointed... but there are plenty of shaded areas as well to keep you comfortable. We would recommend renting a vehicle as the grocery store is not walking distance. All in all we had a wonderful stay!!

We went as a family of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids ranging in age from 11-15). We all had a wonderful time! The home was exactly how it was listed…. And the location was 15 minutes to everything. Eve helped us with provisioning beforehand which was lovely as we arrived on Easter and everything was closed. She was very communicative and friendly and was even able to accommodate us for an early check in which was lovely as we came from California and had a red eye so we were all exhausted. I’d highly recommend this property based on cleanliness, location, and our wonderful hostess.

We love West Bay but it’s hard to find nice places on the beach that are big enough. This property was perfect for our family of 6. Basketball court for the teen boys. Pool was perfect for my daughter who spent hours in it. Gym was small but well equipped and equipment was all very nice. One of the bedroom/bathroom layouts was a little weird (it looks like they converted the garage) but it was a nice room and the boys figured it out. Beach was right out back, gorgeous, with truly fantastic snorkeling right there. Hammock was delightful, outdoor area was nice and shaded with comfy furniture. Host was very communicative and responsive to questions. We all very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book here again.

The house is great- plenty of room for all 8 of us… west bay is definitely the location you want to be! Close to everything with a rental car. We loved it and would love to come back one day! Carmen the host is excellent with communication abs the housekeeping group is so friendly.

This property was everything we imagined for our vacation with family! Location in West Bay was great close to grocery and liquor store and great restaurants! Pool was fabulous! Everything in the house was first rate including the washer and dryer, tv's etc.! We found the public beach (3 roundabouts away) at the beginning of Seven Mile Beach near the Pimpton and went there often for the white sandy beach, calm waters, chairs and walked to Coccobobo for the best Pina Coladas! We dined at Pappagallo, Bacaro, Nova, Vivo, Tukkas, Calypso Grill, The Wharf, Bayside, LobsterPot, Macabuca, Kaibo, Morgans and of course Murph's Kitchen at the beach. We snorkeled right in front of the house on calm days (bring your water shoes) very rocky in front of house. We fished the jetty numerous times just a short walk past the house. The kids collected numerous shells, coral and sea glass right at the beach at the house. We chartered fishing trips with Get Bent Charters- fished, did stingray and starfish point. We saw the Turtles ( water slide for kids) and interacted with the Dolphins! We cooked our catch right back at the house! Internet was good I did multiple zooms! We played tennis and basketball and worked out at the gym. All I can finally say is that we enjoyed paradise and made memories!

It was perfect location for us on the beach, few min drive from resturants and activities like scuba, kitesurfing , Snorkeling etc... Host was great and available all the time.

The property and location were both perfect for our family vacation. Carmen is a great host and we will definitely be back to stay again.

Such a lovely home, great location and an absolutely amazing experience.

We rented the house for a family getaway (5 adults, 5 kids ages 9,6, 4 and two babies). This lovely property was perfect for all ages. The home is very spacious, clean and extremely well equipped. The kitchen has all of the tools anyone could need, appliances were top notch and we loved the added bonus of laundry on-site (a necessity with the kiddos). The master bedrooms upstairs were more like hotel suites, with gorgeous en suites and both have balconies overlooking the pool and beach. Outside there are several seating areas, a beautiful hammock between two palm trees and a lovely pool. You literally step onto the beach from the back patio. The bbq looked brand new. There are bicycles, paddles boards and tennis courts (in the little community) to enjoy. Racquets and balls were available in the house, along with a basketball. Renting a car is a must (left hand drive) for shopping, dining out. The kids loved the turtle conservation centre. If you like ribs, jerk chicken and similar food, Macabuca is a great tiki bar restaurant on the ocean. One night a week they have a buffet (highly recommend it!). Tillies for a more upscale dining. All are within an easy drive. Overall, this property had it all!! It was clean, well stocked with necessities and so spacious. Outdoors, well it is a bit of paradise. My only comment about the beach is that the shoreline is not smooth sand. Because we had a week of some unsettled weather (which made little difference to us), the ocean was a bit too rough for the kids and beach shoes would be needed as there is coral/rocks when you enter the water. It was a trip of a lifetime for us!

Great stay. It was a good location if you would like to be away from the crowds of 7 mile beach. It was a little windy which made the ocean more rough. Carmen the owner was very responsive to our needs. The house was very neat and clean which is one of my top priorities when renting a house.
