This property is amazing! It was clean, updated kitchen, big main bathroom, communication with the owner was thorough and easy, the community was kind and polite and the pictures make it look as amazing as it is. The sunrises were exceptional. The access to the beach was easy. I would definitely rent here again. 5 Stars for sure.

This rental was above and beyond our expectations- the house was beautiful with a panoramic view of the ocean, immaculately clean, fully stocked, the beds were so comfortable… I could go on and on. The best rental ever- I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Probably the best VRBO property choice we've ever made. Wonderful view of the ocean. Super clean property. Host was quick to respond, was kind, and ready to help. We would absolutely stay there again, given the opportunity.

The cleanest most organized vacation rental you will ever stay at. The beds and bedding were so clean, soft and comfortable. A fully stocked and well thought out organized kitchen makes cooking meals a breeze. The ocean views are stunning, and you won't want to leave.

The place was amazing! The view was outstanding and it really felt like we were far away . Everyone was so happy and the kitchen had all we needed! Perfect!

Beautiful and relaxing setting. House was very clean and every amenity you could possibly need was available. We loved watching the sunset from the 2nd floor deck with cocktails. Easy drive up to Portland as well. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful beach home! Just perfect in every way!

Property and house were beautiful and well taken care of. Toiletries in the shower, laundry soap, and coffee were much appreciated perks. Kitchen equipped for adults and kids. Kids cups and plates were in a low drawer-very exciting our little one! Beds were comfy!

It was wonderful. We loved being so close to the water that you could hear the waves most of the time. The place was very clean, had everything we needed. Our host Tim was easy to communicate with. There were no problems. Hopefully we''ll be back with more of the family next time!

Great stay from start to finish. Tim was very prompt to reply to any messages / questions from time of booking onward through the actual stay. The house was sparkling clean and comfortable. Lots of small amenities and attention to details that were extremely helpful to have available traveling as a family with little kids instead of having to buy or bring basic supplies (laundry and dish detergents provided, paper towels/toilet paper, nespresso for the tired adults, tea and hot chocolate, beach chairs/towels, kids’ plates/cups, etc). The views cannot be beat from the main living area and the upstairs balcony, and you can watch sunsets and sunrises all from the comfort of your own house. Location was convenient to Portland and points south of us, and there was actually a lot to do within minutes of the house even in the off season (nature preserves, beaches, restaurants with good takeout). The beach right below the house is a two minute walk and is quite spacious when the tide is out, and you can explore some small coves and even walk along to Ferry Beach. We were sad to leave and would absolutely stay again.

An amazing experience from start to finish. The accommodation was truly amazing. Will absolutely be back to do it again, highly recommended it.

Gorgeous ocean front rental. You can literally walk to Old Orchard Beach, if you've got all day! So many seashells to be collected. Quiet, getaway to unwind and sit front row to a January Nor'easter splashing the windows.

Property is fantastic; ocean views from two sides of house through picture windows; house fully equipped with everything a guest might need; very comfortable mattress; Timothy Chu was always available to answer questions. Most highly recommend.
