It was a cute property. Just like pictures posted. I had a very relaxing stay. Super clean and quiet.

We stayed two nights during our visit to Tampa. The home is renovated, modern and very clean. The property manager was very easy to work with. Instructions were clear and communication was excellent. We found the mattress to be too soft for our preference and the platform base to be dangerous (hit shin on sharp corner more than once). The bathroom barn door didn't close completely...there is a gap. We didn't spend much time in the home as we were out visiting but it was definitely well maintained and managed.

The pictures of the inside of the property were accurate and it is lovely small space but the neighborhood was horrible. I heard 3 gun shots while we were initially arriving at 3:30 in the afternoon and nothing like looking at trashy couches accross the street. We never even stayed, just told the property manager we were not comfortable and left. Even took pictures and shared them with the property manager but she was very condescending and told us we should have done our own due diligence. We explained that it is difficult to complete a neighborhood check when you don’t have the address till after your payment. The property manager never offered any compensation or refund. Very deceptive listing!!!!!!

This property was the best! It was just like the pictures shown on the website!!! It was very very clean! I loved the atmosphere there! It had a sense of home to me! I would definitely recommend it! Kary was awesome to communicate with and was very punctual in responding to any questions that I had during our stay!!! Thanks again for sharing your property with me and my husband!!

Great place to stay

The vacation home was a comfortable and super clean house that was a perfect location for our stay. A friend and I came down for Southeastern Conference Conference basketball Tournament. The house was 15 minutes from the arena and just a few minutes from stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed 5 nights and it was clean and comfortable! Easy parking and excellent wi-fi signal. Has everything you need in a home and its close to beaches and fine restaurants. The host was very prompt in responding to inquiries. Will definitely rebook again!

Better than advertised. The pictures do not do this property justice. This is the best place we have stayed at using VRBO. Thanks Karina!! Next time we come down to Tampa we will stay here again.
