This is a lovely and comfortable place to stay. Marci has thought of everything. I will definitely book again for my next trip.

Marci and Rolland are friendly hosts and Marci is very responsive to text messages. The neighborhood is very quiet (especially for Mesa) though there was really no shaded area in the yard where we could sit out in the fresh air. It was also hard to open the front door for light and air because there was a gap of about 6 inches between the bottom of the screen door and the door sill and we didn’t want to risk any “critters” getting in. The bungalow was very clean. Marci was responsive about bringing bathroom cleaning products as soon as we requested some - since we were staying 2 weeks and wanted to clean at the end of week 1. A suggestion for guests staying longer than a week would be to leave 2 sets of sheets. The owner had to come into the apartment and unlock a closet in the bathroom to give us a second set when we requested it. There were already 2 full sets of towels available. Although a washer/dryer is available in the owner’s garage attached to the apartment, we found it somewhat inconvenient to have to contact the hosts in advance to arrange to do laundry so she could unlock the door between the apartment and garage. Also, the fact there was only the front door for egress in case of fire (the back door was locked) made us a little nervous. Overall, a nice well- appointed bungalow for 2 persons with a very comfortable bed and comfortable living room furniture.

To say our stay was perfect is an understatement! The instructions and communication were precise and the location was a dream! The bed was our favorite of any location we’ve stayed! Everything was even better than pictured! Marci and Roland were so kind and hearing the animals in the area (horses, etc) was so cute! We will be back!

This property is lovely and was convenient for our stay. Our daughter's wedding reception was at a venue nearby, and we were very pleased with the proximity to everything. We enjoyed a peaceful, quiet stay in a perfect location. Our lodging was VERY clean and we appreciated everything about the place.

Everything was perfect! The place was absolutely adorable and super clean. The hosts were very accessible. The land was beautiful, there were horses, cows, mini horses, chickens. One night our kids came over and we sat by the firepit, it was so very relaxing! We will definately stay here again. If I could I would give 10 stars!

I can't say enough about how great this place is. It's exactly as pictured and Marci couldn't have been more accommodating during our entire stay. We found it very easy to get around town and it was nice that the place is in a quiet area. The house is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need.
We were only there for a few days but we will definitely stay again when we return to the area. You can't go wrong if you decide to stay here. Thanks so much, Marci!

Beautifully decorated, and super comfy. Property manager Marci was extremely accommodating. My husband and I rate this property 5 star!! It’s nice to arrive somewhere that has all the feels of home.. Will stay here again!!!

Enjoyed our stay. Friendly and attentive hosts. Very welcoming. Clean and comfortable. Walkable area. Mesa Historical Museum nearby. Great yard with local "wildlife". Good birding, in the yard and neighborhood and nearby. We hope to visit again.

The property was a pleasant change from a busy city setting yet only minutes away from places we wanted to see.
The hosts were amazing. we were treated like extended family.
We would stay there again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Truly “Country Living in the City”. The property is exactly as listed. Hubby and I spent 3 weeks here. Property is very convenient to the freeway system, allowing access to the entire metro area. We hiked or biked every day, in all parts of the valley. We were able to hike many mountain areas… all within a 50 minute drive. After an exhausting day of hiking/biking, we enjoyed relaxing on the new brick patio in the evening. We cooked and ate in nightly (kitchen fully equipped). If you prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the big city, this property will not disappoint. Highly recommend. Thank you Marci and Roland!

The apartment is right off the garage of the owner, so Marci is very available if you should need something. The apartment is comfortable enough for two people. It has everything that you would need for a short or long stay.
The photos are what you see and there is plenty of room to stretch your legs with the large side yard. Can view the horses or listen to the donkey a couple corals down!
Over-all, it was a quiet neighborhood, wonderful experience and I will miss the Shill family.

Marci was an excellent host. Communication was top notch. Very friendly.
The rental was perfect for two people.
Very clean and had everything you need.
With the animals around it felt like home cause we live in the country in Wisconsin. Yet it’s right in town.
Marci was so extremely helpful when I had some minor medical issue to deal with.

The pictures do this place justice. It is as it looks in the pics. Very clean and tastefully decorated! Roland and Marci were responsive very friendly hosts! I would rent again from them.

Had a nice stay here. The place is nicely decorated, comfortable, quiet and convenient. Perfect for one person or a couple. Marci was great answering all my questions while I got settled in. I had some trouble with the keyless entry but mostly because I'm not familiar with them. I would stay here again and will recommend to family or friends.

Nice quiet and safe neighborhood that was a comfortable and clean attached living space to host’s home. Everything you would need was available. Could have stayed longer. Would have liked to have more control over thermostat, but at the same time it is probably more cost effective for owner, and in turn keeps the cost down on staying there.

I had an excellent stay in Mesa/Tempe. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Nice surroundings outside.

We were delighted with our stay - including the "country" location - yet a short drive to our daughter who lives in Gilbert. The place was comfy, clean and nicely designed. We loved having the horses and other critters near us! And we will come back again.

Centrally located in Mesa/Lehi
Great property. The hosts are friendly and accommodating. Had everything we needed. We enjoyed the animals . . . dogs, donkey, horses, goats, mini ponies, etc. that were in the general area. It was minutes from town and the Usery Mountains. Easy access to 202 and 101.

Great Space in a Great Location
Very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable and we slept great. Area was an unexpected and pleasant surprise. Overall great stay!

Marci & Rolland were excellent hosts. We have never stayed at a better place. It was clean and comfortable, excellent location; easy to get to many restaurants and other shopping. We could not have been happier. Getting to know them was a plus you don't get that with very many places. Highly recommended!!!!!

A wonderful stay at a rural setting just north of Mesa, AZ
Marci and Roland went way out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.
The location is a delightful breath of fresh air where the gentle noises of farm animals are a part of your morning sounds.
We loved it and would gladly book there again.
