We loved our stay at 11 Bear Court... which is just a short walk to the Village and the location for the Mammoth Bluesapalooza, which is why we were in town. This home felt very clean... nice selection of soaps in the bathrooms, the bedding was soft and smelled good - the women in our group made note of it. The microwave probably needs to be replaced, as it didn't cook very well, but that was just a small item. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this home to others!

We have been coming to Mammoth Lakes in Summer for over 10 years and stayed so many different places.
This was the first time we received such a nice welcome.
The house layout is very nice to give all of us some privacy if we need it.
We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The location is great and plenty of space for 8 adults. The house could use a deep clean and a little maintenance from wear and tear. The host was very responsive and helpful.

This was our 2 nd time staying at this beautiful home. Two of the nights the fire/ carbon monoxide alarm went off at 3am. Fire department was called and was able to turn it off. This was caused by a dirty filter that had not been changed in 2 years. It affected 2 days of our vacation, I asked for compensation and was refunded $260.00, not what I was expecting. When you save for a vacation and have it interrupted for 2 nights you expect equal compensation. I advised the host of additional areas that needed cleaned, no response.

Great home and awesome location. Host was very responsive. We all enjoyed the three levels and plenty of room to stretch out, relax and watch the golfers. Would definitely come again.

We came up to Mammoth to celebrate my brothers birthday and Fathers Day and let me tell you, this trip was one of the best we’ve taken up in Mammoth. This home is so clean, so cozy our family fit perfectly here. Anne was absolutely amazing with communicating with us from start of booking to checking out. My family definitely wants to book again with Anne. We give this home a 10 out of 10! Can’t wait to come back! Thanks, Anne for making us feel at home!

What a fantastic stay! Perfect home base for our boarding weekend. Anne was a wonderful host! She was very thoughtful as a big storm was approaching she communicated that to us in case we were not aware.

It was perfect for 5 adult couples. Close to the village. Possibly walking distance in the summer. The den has a pull out couch which was comfortable enough to sleep on for a weekend. The host was responsive when we had questions regarding our stay. Dining room table was large enough for everyone for dinner and games. The garage has a place for skis and fits 2 small cars. In addition, we had 2 vehicles in the driveway. We will definitely be back. It was a perfect place to celebrate our retirement.

I desired a property that would accommodate comfortably my two adult children, their spouse and child for a winter gathering of play, rest and family time. This property met our needs completely. We hosted several meals, dinning in mostly. The property is conveniently located and accessible to all that Mountain Lakes and the Resort have to offer. My families came from LA and San Diego. Great location and property for the ambience I wanted for my family. We will do this again!

A wonderful stay for a group of Project Healing Waters veterans for a week of fly fishing on Eastern Sierra Waters. Very clean, spacious, in a beautiful location your home offered the perfect setting for camaraderie.

We had an amazing time at Anne's place. We had other family staying in mammoth and the house was great for group gatherings. We were able to have a game going on the dining room table, a conversation in the living room and kids playing in the game room. It was a great time. The kitchen is well stocked with tools, pots, pans, platters and more. Anne communicated with us well and took care of anything we needed. We had kids from 3 months to 10 years staying there and the house worked well for all ages! We plan on coming back!

The location of the property was ideal for our first visit to the area. The Yosemite park entrance near this home was closed during our stay in late-June due to weather-related issues, but that wasn’t the host’s fault and we still managed to have a great time. The house was fantastic: clean, well-appointed, and had plenty of space for our family of four (two adults + two college kids).

The home was very beautiful and in a great area close to shopping and restaurants. It was very spacious for our family and well furnished. There were just a few things when we arrived that needed to be addressed. We notified the owners immediately about a missing door knob, toilet paper holder, missing molding on the floor with nail sticking out, and a red stain on the carpet that they were not aware of before our arrival. The floors needed to be mopped in the kitchen area, and the dishwasher was full of dishes. We just did those things ourselves, but since we were paying a cleaning fee, felt it should have been cleaner. We had an infant so it was even more important to us.

Perfect for a large family. Beautiful view from the patio, great for morning coffee or meals. Very nice neighborhood for walking and the golf course is right there. It is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. A big bonus was the jacuzzi right out the back door. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year. The welcome basket of wine and snacks was a nice way to start our vacay after a long drive.

This town home was perfect for our stay in Mammoth. It is close to everything in town and we were able to ride our bikes all around without any issues. The neighborhood is nice & quite as it is on a golf course and there is no through traffic. The little ones road bikes and scooters up & down the road all day long.
The home was spacious enough for our group. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

Anne’s home was fantastic and had all of the incredibly well thought out amenities to make our stay feel like home. Her place is within walking distance to the village and a short drive away from Mammoth Main lodge. We had a bit of a hiccup with an unexpected power outage while we were there, but she was very communicative during the entire process and gave updates about when the power would be back. 10/10 would recommend staying at her home again!

Had a great time in Mammoth. The skiing/snowboarding was amazing. Our townhouse was perfect for our family and our host was very gracious and always responded to our questions right away.

Our family enjoyed the spacious home overlooking a snow wonderland golf course, very convenient to skiing and town. Everyone wants to come back next year. A grandson learned to snowboard and a granddaughter learned to ski

Sadly, due to unforeseen , catastrophic weather events, we were not able to stay at the Woodwind property, however, I cannot give enough praise to Anne as she walked my husband throughout the entire visit starting with giving him updated weather and road conditions as driving was treacherous. She quickly resolved alternative housing for the group, continuing her thorough assistance in making the vacation go off seamlessly. I can assure you she was professional, caring and very responsive. We will definitely utilize her property in the future!!!

This was our 2nd year back. Anne’s condo has a great location to Eagle Express, superbly furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. Anne is terrific to work with and extremely responsive. We’ll be back next year!!
