Very beautiful marsh location with a beach boardwalk just across the way! Perfect location! Beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped!

The condo is spacious for the size. It has a pullout sofa options and two bedrooms and baths. The recent updates are nice and the owners are quick to respond to any concerns or needs. I would definitely book a return visit.

The location of the condo was close to the beach. Fripp is a beautiful island and it's a great place to explore. The beach is wide, clean and beautiful. Lots of beach accesses and walking paths. Condo was adequate for our needs and condo looked clean but the cleaners need to be more thorough with cleaning, especially the showers-mold. Condo was dark- faces north and lighting, especially in the kitchen, poor. Nice view of the marsh but access was limited to the dock due to construction. The back entrance of the condo was locked and a 2x4 nailed across the back door the last week of our stay. We were told the work would continue for several months. The owners did not advise us of this situation. Owners did not have our reservation the front gate. I had contacted the owner before we arrived as I had seen this situation in a previous review and it happened again! I recommend getting accurate and timely updates about the constructions; walkway to dock/pier is blocked and the construction materials and equipment are strewn all over the backyard.

We really enjoyed our stay at 172 Fripp Island. The property felt so safe and was also so quiet at night. We had friends staying at Hunting Island State Park so we went back and forth from there quite a bit. The beach (just across the street was an easy walk and my 4 year old enjoyed hunting for shells. We hope to come back!

This is a nice property. Centrally located on Fripp. Only 5-steps to get into the property and all rooms on same floor. Beautiful views and across the road from the Fripp adult pool, beach access and Sandbar Adult Beverage station.

My husband and I stayed in this condo for a week. The kitchen is well stocked. The condo is right across the street from the beach access. The only thing that we did not like was not being able to control the thermostat in the condo. The owner has to be contacted.

Very nice and as advertised. Suggest you rent a golf cart to enjoy the Island. Not so good food on the Island and suggest you come prepared as grocery is a 40 mile round trip.

A wonderful place to stay

We love staying on Fripp Island and enjoyed our stay in 172 Beach Club Villa . Owners were very easy to work with and prompt to get back to you if you had any questions. We will definitely stay again

We are tennis players so the location on the island is unbeatable; it's a short walk over to check in for a court reservation, and it's easy access to the pools, beach and shops at the heart of the island for those without a golf cart. The place is clean with all the kitchen basics you need plus a washer/dryer, and I appreciated that the host was extremely responsive before with instructions to check in and again during our visit when we asked for the AC to be adjusted. Our extended family had a larger house on the water so we used this condo primarily to sleep in the king master which has nice views of the lowcountry. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet, but it might feel tight if you had as many people in the living area as the place can accommodate. Again, not an issue for us, and you'll want to be out exploring anyway.

We had a great stay! The condo is good size, we had 3 adults, 1 child and 1 teen. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. We only had one issue at check in at the guard office, our dates were mixed up so we were not on the list. We contacted the owner and they corrected it quickly! Great rental and we love this location.

It was easy and seamless and the perfect retreat! Very thankful for the owners help!

Clean and comfortable condo. Kitchen was well stocked and a bit larger than other condos we have stayed in at this complex. Easy communication with the owner. My kids are especially enjoyed the bunk beds!

The condo was clean, comfortable, well maintained and well equipped. It is on the first floor and a great location on the island. The Owners were prompt in sending us information. I would recommend this property as a great place to stay!

The amenity card was kind of a buzz kill as you we would have each needed to pay $35 each to do, rent, or buy anything on the island. We had to drive into Beauford to rent a kayak. We had made reservations for "Fork and Cork" dinner for Thursday until they mentioned we needed an amenity card which would have added $140 to our dinner. It may have been worth it if the pool had been open. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

Great hosts & great location!

Great condo with excellent central island location. Close to pools, beach and pickleball! Owners were very quick to respond and easy to reach during the week. Will definitely be staying here again!
