Spent a week in Arizona with family. It was a great place to stay. Would definately recommend if you want a relaxing place to stay.

Wonderful location. Overall, the house was great. We had a few issues with some of the electrical outlets not working and despite paying for the pool to be heated it wasn’t. Fortunately, The owner was responsive and agreed to refund the charge. We also noticed the blinds in the master did not open properly. Kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor fire pit was a bonus.

Pool area of home was wonderful. Loved having the heated pool. House was well stocked with shampoos, laundry supplies, etc. Inside reasonably clean. Could have been better, dust bunnies under bed, inside of kitchen garbage can dirty, etc. Outside landscaping has lots of weeds in front yard. Be prepared if you choose the large security deposit it will be held for close to 6 weeks, approx 4 weeks before and 2 weeks after your stay. We have stayed stayed in vrbo properties in this area for years and have never had a security deposit this large.

House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for a short stay. Backyard and pool was a good setting to relax. Just be sure to read the listing details as there is only a pool, no spa and the cost to heat the pool is not included in the listing price but if you are coming in warm months that probably isn't needed. Nearby has some very nice restraunts and a good sports bar. Close to the Tonto Forest which was the basis for our stay.

Nice clean place. Only concern was upon arrival a fire alarm was beeping. Made efforts to have it addressed only to not have my calls returned which was disappointing.

Very poor to no communication available with management host etc. could not get entry information until late and then door would not open because lock was nonfunctional. Finally got call back from host after several calls to VRBO for assistance. Given garage code to get in but there was no remote for garage door and could not get door code to work even with new batteries. Host said he would send someone out to fix but no one came out to assist the whole time we were there. Inside windows dirty, fire alarm at master bedroom entry missing unplugged and put under kitchen sink. Barbecue was too dirty to use and cleaning brush too dirty to use needed replacing. This property was very far below VRBO normal standards and no communication with host to remedy any of the multiple problems ruined our stay in Fountain Hills. Very disappointed with host owner and VRBO.

What a lovely place to call home for a few days.
