Property was very nice, as advertised. Process was easy and communication with owner was great. Stayed in this quieter part of OCNJ to get away from some of the rowdy teens near the boardwalk and was not disappointed. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was decorated nicely, well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen including an ice maker, and very clean. The neighborhood is nice with only a short walk to the ocean front. The best rental we’ve experienced.

The property was exactly as listed. We all enjoyed our stay. Our family of 10 had plenty of room. All the beds were extremely comfortable, plenty of dishes, serving dishes, appliances, etc for us to cook our Thanksgiving feast! We will definitely be back.

This space was ideal for our friends reunion (with small kids) especially because there is a wonderful park really close by. Beach was a bit of a walk with kids but manageable and the upstairs porch was perfect/outdoor safe space. Weather in September can’t be beat.

Our family had a great time at this spacious, clean, and nicely decorated beach rental! The neighborhood was lovely-having a wagon for beach essentials helped a lot with the 5-6 block walk to the beach! Hope to return next year!

With two littles, a place away from the boardwalk is great and this is the perfect location. The house is amazing with everything you have at home plus a short walk from the beach. Jim and his wife are so easy to contact and are great. This is the second year here and we are hoping to rent again next year.

Perfect stay
The home was perfect. The owners were very diligent about checking in with us to make sure that we were satisfied with their home. While we did not use all of the amenities (bikes,chairs,umbrellas,etc) that they make available to their clients it was very nice to have that option. We would definitely recommend their property.

Great accommodation
I stayed here with my husband and son (age 2) my sister and brother in law and nephew age 2. We had a great time the house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was a 5 block walk to the beach so if you have kids you need a wagon to carry! Other than that, great trip! Would stay here again!

Excellent Vacation House
We had a perfect stay at this property. The house was perfect size for our large family and we enjoyed our nights relaxing on the deck. The house had every kitchen accommodation you can think of. Nothing was missing. The owners were quick to respond and checked up on us after our stay. Quiet neighborhood with a few blocks walk to beach and boardwalk. We loved this house!

We had a wonderful week! House super clean and fit our needs perfectly. Great contact with owners who checked in a few times. In all the years we have rented we have never experienced that. It was very much appreciated. Would definitely return.

Beautiful long weekend
My family and I had an amazing time at this beautiful perfect beach home. The home was well appointed with everything that we may have needed and even offered bedding for all the beds for a small fee. The home was clean and bright and sunny . We enjoyed the large deck and family room. There was so much room with 5 bedrooms and three and a half baths. It was the perfect home for a last minute family get away. We could not have asked for more. The owners of the home were so welcoming and answered all questions we had in such a timely manner and were so kind and helpful. Thank you again Lisa and Jim for a wonderful wonderful weekend.

Beautiful home. Easy check in/check out. Very clean and plenty of room for our family. We especially loved sitting out on the porch. Owners were very responsive and even checked in on us when the storms were approaching. We have already inquired about coming back next year!

Brand new and pristine!
The owners were the kindest hosts. There was not one thing that we needed that was NOT in this beautiful home. We hope to return next summer. It's an absolutely gorgeous place- Brand new and PRISTINE.

Lovely home in the heart of Ocean City
This is a very laid out and well-appointed second floor condo, about 6 blocks to the beach and board walk. The place was comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, the bedrooms/bathrooms laid out practically, great WiFi and a lovely covered porch out front (and uncovered deck out back). Could not have asked for a nicer place. The owners reached out several times before and during our stay with helpful information and just to check in and make sure are was well. I highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay
Our family loved our time in Ocean City! It was made even better by this place to say. From the ease of keyless entry/check-in, to the great number of rooms/beds, this was the perfect rental. The rental hosts were courteous and responsive throughout our stay to any of our questions during the week. All rooms had TVs and internet access was great. The place itself was beautiful, with many other great amenities. From sitting on the quiet balconies at night to a quick walk to the boardwalk/beach, everything worked out great. We are looking forward to any future stays already!
