Nice place. We spent a lot of time just watching the birds from the back decks. Paddle boarding access is not bad, just a short walk down the concrete path behind the house.

The house was beautiful and clean. Spacious inside and out. All rooms were well equipped with all things needed. The view from the deck and especially sunsets were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

The house has a great bay view, but you cannot get to it without walking at least a half mile, even though it looks like you can. The house is comfortable but could use some new indoor paint and cleaning of furniture.

Great experience from check in to check out. Location is perfect for trips to Montanas De Oro, Cayucos, Cambria, SLO, and Paso Robles.

Two couples - spent the weekend, cooking, drinking wine and enjoying the beautiful view and the peaceful neighborhood. Close enough to the embarcadero for an ambitious walk or a quick drive. The home is well-designed to enjoy time with friends. This home will stay in our permanent rotation.

The property has the best view of sunset in Morro Bay. The house was clean and suited our family of 4 adults perfectly. The location was very close to all the nearby restaurants and grocery stores in town. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful location on Morro Bay, overlooks the bay, easy access to restaurants and the Morro Bay golf course. House is perfect for groups up to 6 people. Great for relaxed gathering, talking, etc.

We enjoyed watching the boats and the birds in the bay. The kitchen is very well equipped, but in some cases style trumped convenience. The beds are very high off the floor and if you have any mobility issues they can be hard to get into. The use of shag rugs in the dinning room and living room didn't look very clean and don't seem to be a good choice for a rental unit.

Excellent, updated home that’s perfectly situated for excursions and hopping into town, going out on the bay. Terrific views! Our multi-generational family enjoyed our stay.

This home was absolutely perfect for our group! We wanted a quiet, relaxing getaway for a few days and as soon as we walked in the house our shoulders dropped. Incredible views, super close to all the downtown shops and restaurants. We absolutely loved it and hope to return again next year!

My family absolutely loved our vacation here! The waterfront location was amazing; the views of the bay, dunes, and adjacent marina were incredible 24/7. The multilevel decks offered ample space and seating options to BBQ, enjoy meals outside, or cozy up to the fire pit after dark. The home was spacious, clean, and comfortable throughout. The kitchen was beautifully appointed and well-stocked. We had a great time using the kayaks (2 singles and one tandem) in the garage. The bay is a great place for beginners, but it was a bit tricky getting the kayaks down the marina ramp. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Loved the views of the Bay from the living area and the master bedroom. We love the contemporary open space. Easy walk to town. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Within walking distance of shops yet quite and secluded. Great views.

Where do I start. The house was amazing. My family loved the place. All the beds were big and very comfortable. We spent most of our time hanging around the large island in the kitchen and on the deck. The views from the deck are amazing. I could go on for days about the house but the best thing I could say is that we all had a great time and would love to stay there again.

Could not of found a more perfect location to enjoy and relax for our annual trip back to Morro Bay! Memories made!!

Beautiful home and location

I stayed with my husband and two other couples last week and we really enjoyed the home's features and location. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed with everything we needed. We had the master bedroom with en suite bath w a private deck and views of the bay which was delightful. The other two bedrooms that our friends had was comfortable though they said an extra side table by the bed would have been helpful. and also someplace to put their luggage on- like a foldable rack. They shared the 2nd bathroom but not everyone likes that. The half bath on the upper level was handy. There are a lot of stairs but it was fine for our group though may be an issue for others. It was too windy to use the kayaks and we didn't get to use the grill or fire pit but so nice to have those options. The views from out the upper level and deck are fabulous. Great location with a short walk to the park , birds and estuary. Overall a great place and location and definitely would stay here again

This property was a perfect setting for a getaway with friends. We appreciated the great views from the main living area as well as the master bedroom. All appliances were high end and almost brand new. The water view was wonderful with many anchored boats and the sound of crashing waves just beyond the bluffs. We appreciated the large garage , outdoor furniture, nice bedding and spacious clean bathrooms. The main drag of town is a 15 minute walk ro a 3 minute drive. It was very quiet on the back patio. This is much nicer than any of the hotel accommodations in town if you are a seeking a place for 4-6 adults. All bedrooms have King beds.I would definitely stay again .
