great location, about 3/4 of a mile to the village in siesta key! and about 5 mins to the public beach access!

We really enjoyed our little bungalow. The cottage is walking distance to the beach and town but far enough away from the hubbub to be quiet and private. Of course the beautiful weather always helps make one’s vacation more enjoyable.

This cottage had the perfect location to go to the beach. It was clean and updated. It also had beach chairs, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay again.

After staying here last year for the first time, not only did we fall in love with siesta key village but we loved our stay at Gary’s rental and decided to come back again this summer. Once again, nothing but amazing things to say! This little bungalow is perfect for my fiancé and I and this is now our go to spot for vacation! We will definitely plan to be staying here the next time we visit! Thanks for having us again!

The property is perfect for a couple. It has all the amenities you would need. Everything is within walking distance of the property (beach and the village area). The beach access is pretty private and we absolutely loved our stay in Siesta Key having never been there before. Gary and Stacey were very helpful and answered all of our questions right away. Highly recommend this property. 10/10!!

My daughter was thrilled with the entire stay & had a wonderful birthday getaway! . We enjoyed walking to the beach every day going back for sunset. Very relaxed environment. The village was a little bit of a walk, but we took the trolley home. The cottage itself was absolutely perfect for the two of us couple minor things I shared with the owners, but they responded very quickly. Already trying to find another week to go back and spend more time. One of the best beaches I’ve ever been on.

Nicely updated and very clean. Can’t beat the location at this price. Only about a block from Beach Access 10, which seems to be a quieter section of beach. At least it is in late April. It’s also only about a half mile, ~10 minute walk, to Siesta Village for dinner and shopping. Can’t explain it, but that little walk did “feel” like a lot. Maybe I was hungry, lol. Only drawback was the bed and sleeping comfort. The bed and pillows were super uncomfortable. Lumpy old unsupportive mattress, lump and hard or flat pillows, didn’t sleep well and woke up very stiff and in pain. The bedding itself looked nice and clean, though a little thin/light. Would’ve liked additional blankets, but I never actually looked for any, so that’s on me. There is no TV in the bedroom either and that was a huge disappointment. Maybe I missed that info in the listing. We really like to lay in bed and watch TV. The only TV is in the living room and we never even turned it on. The bedroom AC vent blows directly in your face, a drawback for me, but some people like cool air blowing on them at night. The bath has nice updates, very nice looking, and very clean. The shower is pretty snug and dark. Could use a brighter light. More important, it’s clean and has clean linens. All in all, I would stay again IF the bed and pillows were updated. Still, with the location and reasonable prices, I might bring my own pillows and air mattress.

Anything you could want in a cute little one-bedroom cottage. Walking distance to the beach; with beach chairs, beach towels and a little cart provided! The cottage was very comfortable, especially the king bed! We haven’t slept this well in a long time! The kitchen has everything you would want or need for either a full meal or a quick one before heading out. The bathroom has been redone beautifully. The walk-in shower and great water pressure were very enjoyable. There’s even an outdoor shower to wash off the beach sand. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. They had great patience with my many questions before we arrived. Communications back and forth with them was nothing but friendly and helpful. Response to questions was nearly immediate or no more than first thing the next day. They also gave us some suggestions for wonderful places to eat locally! Thank you, Gary & Stacey, for a wonderful place to stay on our anniversary trip!

Very cute, clean house! Great location! Wonderful neighborhood! It was perfect for my husband and I! Great neighbors! No issues whatsoever! Def will stay again!

A friend and I stayed here for a quick girls weekend getaway. It was perfect for our needs....clean, comfortable and close to the beach! The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Perfect size cottage for two people. We opted to not rent a car and it worked out great to catch the free trolley into town or even to walk! Can't wait to go back!

The fenced in yard won’t contain an animal. That’s what I needed. The grill is a black metal box with a grill I wouldn’t cook a hot dog on. The outdoor shower is nice if you don’t mind your next door neighbor watching you. The owners were back & forth on the property dealing with either laundry or other issues.. Very Nice People just not my cup of tea.

Meets the needs. Very basic but clean and neat. No USB ports so bring a wall charger. A little farther walk to the village than I would have liked but very close to the beach. No streetlights so very dark walking to and from village at night. Perfect for two people.

The property was in a perfect location we were able to walk to the downtown area and walked to the beaches there was plenty of amenities there for us to use beach chairs, wagon etc. super happy with our stay will definitely go back

Everything was exactly as listed! It was in a great place and close to the beach access! It was cozy and clean! The bathroom was very nice…love the door! Enjoyed every part of our 4 days! Would stay there again and would recommend others to take a look if your looking for a place for just two people!!!

1. Arrived after dark and tried to shower (water only dribbled) toilet flushed but took 30 minutes for tank to fill. Called Gary on the next day and Gary directed me to the location of the water valve (someone turned valve full off). 2. Unable to walk to beach in seconds. Must carry beach chairs, umbrella, beach gear, and food a block and a half to cross street, a block to beach road, and equivalent of 4 blocks to the shore line. 3. Had to use pots and pans to heat water for tea. No tea kettle. 4. Walk to restaurants was .7 mikes (not .4 miles). 5. TV was streaming only with no major networks, no cable. Have to use your own Netflix and HBOMax accounts to get those shows. Limited Amazon Prime free shows like Bosch season 1 only and Goliath season 1 only. 6. If you have issues call Gary (Gary answered the phone right away).

This cottage was the perfect place for me and my best friend for a girls weekend. Gary really thought of everything! The cottage was spacious, clean, and within a close 2 minute walk to beach access 11 and a 12 minute walk to prime locations in Siesta Village (our favorites were Gilligans, Mojo Coffee, and MVP.) Kitchen was spacious and stocked with a dishwasher and nice sized fridge for all your beach drinks and snacks! Can’t wait to come back and for longer next time!

My husbands and I love Siesta Keys! This was our first trip down and this cute little cabin is in the perfect location. It’s simple and neat and all you need for two people at the beach. We had an issue with weather unfortunately and left early. owner gave us 💯 refund. I was sad to leave early but will definitely be back!

Property was as described and was a short walk to the beach and the downtown restaurant area. Will definitely come back for another visit.

There were a few inconveniences upon arrival, but I called Gary and he corrected all the issues. There are bikes available to rent. It’s about 5-7minute bike ride to the village, also very close to the public beach entrance. Overall a cute little beach house that was located perfectly for the beach experience. There is the Frog Hopper that will pick you up and drop you off if you opt not to rent the bikes… walking is doable but a little lengthy.

What a great experience staying @ this little gem, so convenient & worked out great for me… Would definitely stay here again…..

everything was great, But, whoever had stayed before us had alot of weird garbage and there were flies coming into the room. I bet we killed over 50 flies the first 2 days, we moved the garbage can, away from the house, ( which weighted over 40lbs, the garbage men could not even pick in up) I would stay there again, it was perfect for 2 people, and close walk to the beach, We cleaned up after ourselves, so the fly situation would not happen to the next guest. it really is lovely.

It was really clean, newly remodeled, you can walk to the beach, didn’t feel cramped, loved the fully equipped & private outdoor shower !! Fare price. Really liked having a door to the bedroom. Very safe neighborhood. The only negative was no outside shade at the house. An umbrella for the outdoor pub table in back is all that would be needed.

I had a wonderful experience. The beach was a short walk around the corner and is extremely beautiful and relaxing. The local food store was another short walk and I found a bunch of fabulous places to eat with live music as well. This quaint place had everything I needed and was an enjoyable place to stay.

This is great location for a couple. The perfect sized living space and outside area. It also has a great outdoor shower area, which is a necessity with the beach! The only real downfall was there was an overflowing trash can next to our place and it had a horrible smell. There were bikes that were nice to have, for a quick trip to the village (definitely need the tires aired up though.) Overall it’s a great spot for those that want to be close to the beach and within walking distance of the village.

This place was the perfect location and was very clean. We will stay here again in the future
