A very nice place in a very nice town with everything we were looking for. Traveling with our young son, we were looking for someplace with a kitchen, that was walkable and near a park. Check, check and check. And we were more than satisfied with the ample space, cleanliness and helpful amenities we found here (nearly new washer & dryer, spacious fridge, TWO coffee makers!).

Plus communicative host John, with backup help if needed from upstairs neighbor. All-Clad cookware in fabulous kitchen a very nice treat. And a bidet what joy! Best location across from Glen Park, short walk to Main St shops and restaurants, and short drive to almost everywhere.

The photos do not do this cozy property justice! The property is clean and modern with all the comforts of home and then some! The location is fantastic - surrounded by great local restaurants, micro-breweries, ice cream parlours, you name it! The property owner is very responsive. John makes sure that you feel welcome and at home at his location.

John’s place was perfect for our stay to visit the grandkids! The kitchen was so well stocked with all pots, pans and utensils to cook up whatever you felt like. Beds were very comfy and the heated floors felt so good. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

I come to Buffalo yearly to visit family. This was, by far, my best experience yet. This rental is perfect! It is impeccably clean and has every amenity you could possibly want. It is a tasteful, charming, cozy getaway just steps away from a number of excellent restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, and boutiques. The host was friendly and extremely helpful. I hope this rental is available for years to come. I was sad to say goodbye.

I can't begin to say what an amazing experience we had at this property! The host was very responsive, he had chips, candy, coffee, anything you could think that you might need. Lots of extras. It was very neat and clean. We had 6 family members staying at the apartment all the beds and furniture were comfortable! The front porch was amazing, the weather was beautiful! Excellent safe neighborhood. We were in town for a family wedding, and it was the perfect spot, we will be coming to stay here again!

My wife and I stay for a few days. Check in was easy. Location was well updated and very comfortable. Loved the coffee maker (made delicious coffee). Walking distance to Main St with multiple restaurants to choose from. Will stay here again.

This place is absolutley everything and more. You walk into a beautiful chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large gas stove, large family room and 3 spacious bedrooms. The bathroom is AMAZING. Beautiful large walkin shower with rainfall and even heated floors and toilet seat. The place is well decorated and spotless!!!! John is an amazing owner and check-in was simple. We can't wait to book again!!!!!

We had a great vacation and staying at this beautiful property made it even better. We loved the location, we walked to Main St. and the local parks everyday! John our host was a pleasure to work with. The house is beautifully renovated, and was stocked with treats, coffee…almost anything you can think of was provided. I am planning on rebooking this property in the future.

This is THE most amazing stay I have ever done (my first on Vrbo, but I have done a lot of stays on other websites). ** Location: Williamsville is a safe and layback town. It is good for driving (plenty of parking everywhere and the locals drive in a good manner), walking(Main Street is very walkable), quick hiking (Glen Falls is very close), foodie (we liked every single restaurant that we tried in town). Locals are extremely friendly. Not to mention it's only 30mins drive to the Niagara Falls and about $30 if you're into bars in downtown Buffalo (there's also a bus route that gets to a light rail station which also takes you to downtown). ** The property: Nicely decorated apartment (or I'd call it a house) with a full kitchen that has a natural gas stove (+1 for home cookers!). I just love the dining table setup so much. The shower is like that of a 4-star+ hotel. If you need to work from home you either get a table in the middle bedroom. I chose to use the bar table in the kitchen, either with a high chair or without a chair so it's a great stand-up table for me I'm 5'7". The internet was very stable and I had no problem making video calls. I even did 2 remote interviews as an interviewer, not a problem. Mill Street has some traffic but the bedrooms are off-street and was quiet. The apartment was on the first floor and there were actually people living on the second floor, but they were really quiet as well. ** The landlord: Super communicative and responsive before, during, and after our stay! John prepared a lot for our stay with a wide variety of ice creams, drinks, coffee/tea, chocolates, fruites, and even a cheese platter (omg!). John also offered quality recommendations of the area and we liked every single one of them! ** Overall such a nice experience and it's a no-brainer to stay here again for our next visit (if I can ever find a spot :) ).

The house would qualify as A perfect remodel on HGTV. John also goes out of his way to leave his guests lots of snack items, Keurig coffee, etc. Perfect property in every way.
