The apartment was beautiful with very good taste furniture and perfectly equipped. The beach is beautiful and it is easy to swim in the first four hours after sunrise and two hours before sunset. The location is perfectly central such that you can reach any side of the island in less than 40 minutes drive. The apartment felt like it was our haven after the exploratory trips we made to find beaches with turtles. We then enjoyed cooking while watching the sunsets. The lanai is also very well equipped so it was a pleasure to use it for breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool is great too. We will definitely come back!!

We were in Maui for our son’s wedding. Locations was excellent and the views were amazing. Such an easy condo to get in and out especially being on first floor.

Really enjoyed our stay at Nani Kai Hale. Amenities are nice and can’t beat the proximity to a nice, quiet, family friendly beach.

The check in process was great and seamless. The kitchen is excellent for cooking and solid cutlery. A couple little maintenance items in the unit, but nothing a distraction. Solid core doors inside the unit meaning quiet bedroom when closed. Furniture is beautiful (someone is an interior decorator) and comfortable. Excellent lightening and music set up. No noise after 10pm grounds policy so not for party-people, but perfect for us. Steven the caretaker is a great guy, the occasion cat visitor and wild chickens were loved by my daughter and really added a nice “home” feel. BBQ’s are cleaned daily by Steven, and the pool is well maintained (as are the grounds.). And as they say in real estate, location, location, location - excellent. The pictures do not do it Justice. One warning - not for resort, tour, or cruise minded people. You find your own fun here which is the whole point of staying here.

This was our third visit to Nani Kai Hale and Laury’s unit. The unit is perfect for our family of four. Steps away from the ocean and pool! Sugar beach is quiet and perfect.

We loved the location. Walk out of the beautiful condo to the beach which is perfect for walking. The patio was great for watching the sunset. We will definitely return if we come back to Maui.

This is a comfortable and well appointed property, in a great location with an amazing beach and ocean view. For those who cook, the kitchen seemed to have any appliance we might need, plus good quality knives, quality cookware, and plenty of serverware, dishes, etc.

This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy all the benefits of being close to the ocean. Great location, close to airport and restaurants. Clear view of the ocean and just a few steps out to beach. Love the condo! It felt like home. Operations Manager very accommodating.. Can’t wait to go back!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location(right on the beach) was the highlight of our trip. We were able to walk right out of the condo into the beach. Amazing.

Everything was easy at this property. You could park right by your condo, walk out to beautiful, lush green grass & plants, and be on a SWIMMABLE beach within seconds. We basically had the place to ourselves. It was perfect! The pool, the patios, the chairs, umbrellas, grills, etc.

The property was wonderful a great location right on the beach. The only bad thing was there was lots of cockroaches baby ones and they were in everything. Little tip that I used to get rid of them was borax laundry soap and Cinnamon and that gets rid of the complete nest not just the infestation on top. But the beach was great location was great had everything we needed for cooking cleaning I’m just having a good time on the beach. I will definitely be back.

This condo was stunning. The views looked like a dream, the whole place was nicely decorated and clean. It was just a few steps away from the beach, and its location was great! The only issue my husband and friend who stayed in the other room had were that it was very noisy at night. In the master and guest bedroom, the air conditioning would make a super loud buzzing noise, even if off. In the guest bedroom you hear the gate slamming and beeping from the gate code constantly Through the night, and we would hear some running water noise through the whole night. If Youre not a light sleeper these shouldn't matter; but we were and we found ourselves waking up a lot through the nights. Other than this, it was a BEAUTIFUL and better than a resort.

By far the best non-hotel place that we have ever stayed at. The online pictures undersell this place. My family was simply giddy when the walked through the door to see your condo. The bed! The property was clean, and conveniently located steps from the water. We ate dinner outside watching the sunset and used the grill. We were able to relax and enjoy the amenities. Even used the paddle board. We would definitely recommend this place! Thanks a ton!

My family and I had a wonderful and restorative stay at Laury’s condo. It was beautiful and well furnished and with a little one it was highly convenient to have an in-unit laundry and easy beach access. I’ve already told friends rhat this is where they should stay in Kihei!

Walk out to the calm blue sea with a long beach walk each direction crowned by coral reefs for snorkeling on each end. This comfortable condo has all of the ammenities needed for a clean, pretty, comfortable, peaceful and recreational getaway. No need to leave the property to sip your homemade smoothie on beachchairs along the shoreline following a nice paddlboard on the sea. Really lovely decor, fully stocked with all we needed and what a great location. Expedient response to accomadate our needs by the property manager and owner. We will return.
