We absolutely loved our stay. From cleanliness to communiction and proximity to the ski lift. The only and biggest issue we encountered was that wifi was completely out for the entirety of our stay at our unit. We work remotely so having internet access was paramount. With no cellphone service either, it made everything extremely hard. Teenagers were relying on wifi for phone access and the adults needed wifi for work. The property manager was very understanding and maintained open lines of communication. After several calls to the Durango utility company, responsible for wifi, internet was finally restored the afternoon before we were leaving. But by then our work had suffered greatly. Having said that, with the assurance that there will be no wifi issues in the future, we would certainly return to stay at this very unit. Baring internet issues this place deserves 5 stars.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful time at 102. Very clean and well maintained unit that was very comfortable and well furnished. There was a beautiful view of the mountains out of the main windows.

We love Durango. We had never stayed up at Purgatory Resort before as we always stay closer to town. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, gorgeous condo, beautiful views and everything right there! Wonderful! Highly recommended.

This condo was perfect for our family. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it worked perfectly. The location was SO convenient and easy. We would go eat lunch in the room and be back on the slopes in no time! The only downside was the snow plows during 1 night of the stay. We still loved it and would stay there again.

Great location , with in 25 yards to the lift. We had 6 adults in our party and there was plenty of room. The staff at the lodge were the best, helpful and friendly. Under ground parking was the bonus. Would recommend it and would rent it again.

This is our new favorite vacation spot, and we’ve stayed in a lot of places in the area. This condo is perfect - bunk beds for kids but the option to still be near them (king bed in an adjoining room but can shut doors between), gas fireplace, epic views from balcony, a door away from the plaza and lifts, access to DMC, roomy, cozy, beyond fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer huge plus. Keith and his team offer impeccable service and communication and have a super fast response time. Only critique - the parking for this unit is immediately inside the garage and if a car is in the space next to it, it is nearly impossible to also park your car straight or get in and out of it.We’ll be back!

The unit and the lodge are exceptional and we will definitely stay here again. However, the lodge check-in desk did not have our reservation upon arrival. No notification had been sent to the lodge from the rental agency. This was quickly resolved with a phone call and email, but I was very concerned in the meantime as we had driven 1000 miles to get here.
