Location is amazing. Beautiful place. Plenty of room. Vacasa was awful. Stayed too long I guess, Vacasa said get out, early. Be advised. Home great but…customer service could use some extreme upgrades.

Arrived at the property, and there was no propane. Called the 800 number and was never contacted. Had to go purchase a new bottle. Internet only worked the first day otherwise Wi-Fi was in operable.

We have stayed at Waterside West many times and have had a good experience each time. This condo was just as we expected. Tidy, neat and clean.

The Fraser CO property provided a wonderful place to stay for our vacation. Perfect location, great amenities, clean, with beautiful views of the Winter Park Ski Resort. We highly recommend staying at this property if visiting Fraser!

I’ve stayed in multiple condos in the WP/Fraser area and this was by far the best. It was clean, stocked appropriately, comfy beds, super convenient, garage parking, and a nice gas fireplace that warmed up the entire main level. I look forward to staying here again!

I rented this for a family trip with my parents from out of state. The view of the mountains is beautiful, and the inside is super clean and great for relaxing and spreading out. The location is really convenient to shops/restaurants, but the place is so comfy, we ended up spending a lot of time just sitting around the fireplace.
