This was the perfect spot for us! Not only is the place very nice, but the view from the back is beautiful. You are tucked away a bit, under a few gorgeous old water oaks (great climbing trees if you have kids who like to climb) and right on the golf course. Neighbors are lovely. We also loved the screened in porch. Big open living room area, quality mattresses and linens. We would definitely return.

Beautiful house located on the golf course, with deer at night and in the morning, cardinal birds (may not be guaranteed ... but there are many around). Nicely furnished and very well equipped for cooking, washing, watching your favorite series ... We enjoyed biking to Nancy Island Road where you can access the marsh, and to Kyawah Island safely on the bike path. We'd definitely recommend it!

Very nice and clean villa. Was perfect for our family! This villa had very comfortable and sturdy furniture. The beds were super comfy and the sheets were amazing!! Nice roomy bathrooms and showers with wonderful water pressure. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need!! It even had a griddle for pancakes. Very nice screened in porch with a table and chairs and sofas! Also had some games, cards and books for us to enjoy.

Place is as advertised, extremely clean and spacious. Has everything you need and then some. We wish there was a more direct route to walk to the beach but it’s an easy drive and parking is not an issue at the beach. Great place!

Wonderful location! We felt so cozy and at home. Very nice and also very comfortable for a family with 2 boys. We loved it! Woke up every morning to deer in our yard. Quick trip to the beach. Screened in porch was perfect for early morning coffee and evening dinners.

Double Eagle property was clean with easy access to golf course/ club and pool/ beach area. Well maintained. Great peaceful setting. Almost had to leave my husband there because he didn't want to leave! We will be back!

The cottage was perfect place for our reunion!! Very tidy and equipped with everything you needed. The communication with our host was super easy and she responded quickly. It was a perfect location and I actually think the place looked even nicer than in the pictures posted. Would absolutely recommend to stay there. Looking forward to when we can return!

Family Vacation
Absolutely beautiful home and wonderful location! The island is stunning and the beaches are not crowded at all. The screened in porch was the perfect place for our family to hang out in the evenings! We will be back!

I stayed at Seabrook to get some work done and visit with my daughter. The unit was incredibly clean and quiet. The screen porch was the best part for one day when it was rainy. I would definitely stay here again. Owner communication was great also.
