great location on the creek, nice clubhouse with pool, hot tubs, billiards, weight room, etc. Nicely furnished. 3 bedrooms makes it more fun for the younger ones.

Very pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was and the location can't be beat for catching the bus to WP.

The kitchen was well-stocked with non-perishables like plastic bags and coffee etc. Utensils and cooking implements plentiful and good quality. Lots of walk-able restaurants. Note: it's on 3rd floor up 2 flights of stairs. Comfortable home with plenty of space! Very convenient bus stop to the mountain - but note it's only running hourly M-F, and sometimes late. One bus actually did not arrive. Of course, this is probably system-wide across Winter Park. Not a home-owner problem. Also the clubhouse with pool is maybe a 10-minute walk. Again - a very nice home in a great location. Also note the highlighted nightly rate is not accurate because of cleaning and booking fees. Actual cost for me was 54% higher than the advertised rate.

We enjoyed the condo - very well stocked with everything you could need. And great location/walking distance to many places. We were disappointed that the clubhouse was closed (it’s worth noting that it is a good 5-10 min walk away). Our only complaint was the primary bed was extremely uncomfortable- my husband opted to sleep on the couch instead.

This condo was perfect for our family of 8; grandparents, parents and 4 kids with age range of 1-14. We were close to downtown and hiking trails. It was also a short drive to the Winter Park Resort to enjoy the amenities there. For inside enjoyment there were toys and games for the kids. Sitting on the deck was great looking out at the mountains and the stream the kids were able to play in.

We will definitely come here again. Beautiful, clean condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. There were 5 adults and one child in our party. We were all very comfortable in this condo. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable. Nice deck off living room, with a beautiful view of the mountains and Frasier River. Nice clubhouse with swimming pool, hot tubs and pool table. Nice walking trails. Walking distance to many restaurants, shops and bars. We had a great stay here and highly recommend this condo.

The rental was clean, loved the kitchen and the rooms were a great size. Perfect for us! Great location close to Frazer Trail and Winter Park stores and shops. Great fun!

Loved the space - there was plenty of room for 6 adults to be very comfortable here. It's nice and updated, comfortable beds, secluded with great views. It's super close to Winter Park to ski - maybe a 5 minute drive. We also walked to Hernando's pizza (phenomenal), and Randi's (also phenomenal). The customer service was excellent - there was a broken coffee pot from the previous renters, and within an hour maybe we had a new one. The team was extremely responsive for all questions. The very small dishwasher didn't work very well, but that was our only complaint. Would highly recommend staying here!

Had a great time with friends and family at our stay in winter park. Great location close to ski resort and by many local restaurants. Place was clean and ready for us on check in day. Cozy rooms were spacious. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in winter park

The property is very nice, with a full kitchen and a great living room. The location is fantastic, walking distance to a grocery store and some restaurants. It is also walking distance to a bus pick up, and the bus will drop you off basically at your door. We also enjoyed the hot tub. Great experience.

Light and bright with beautiful views! Walk to breakfast and the market and liquor store. Coffee on the deck with views of the creek. We will definitely stay here again!

Right on the Fraser River. So you can hear it, through open windows (in the summer). You can even wade in it (shin deep). You're also extremely close to Main Street, so you can walk to all the restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed using the pool and hot tubs. Nice facility, with locker rooms. The condo itself is also nice. Lots of comfy seating for long conversations and game playing. Many lasting memories were made, during our stay.

Great location, right on the river, with a trail that connects to the Fraser river trail and to the shops and restaurants downtown. Lots of birds, can hear the river from the apartment. Comfortable, clean and modern inside

This spacious condo was extremely clean, cozy and comfy. We loved the modern updates and homey touches. This location is so peaceful, especially at night! Walking distance to all local restaurants, parks, trails, etc which kept our toddler busy! Will definitely be staying here again!

We loved this property. The condo was beautiful. The location is amazing. All in all wonderful!

Modern updated hi country haus was a great location in winter park that was walkable to many of our favorite restaurants and activities. Parking was sufficient for two vehicles. The check in process through the vacasa app was easy. The condo is very comfy. There were four of us and we never felt crowded. The kitchen is better than expected from a vrbo with some spices, coffee filters, and all the usuals. Beds we comfy and bathrooms sufficed. We never did get the television figured out. The description states that there is cable, but we could not figure it out. We stream March madness from our phone to the tv and all was good. The condo is on the top floor, is an end unit, and the shared wall is in the common area. So noise was never an issue. My only dig on the place, was with the Vacasa group. We were interested in extending our stay and I contacted them through the app. It took about 4 days to get back to me. We were booking during spring break, so things were flying off the market. The website states the will return contact in 48 hours. All in all, I would stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family.

This was our 2nd time staying at this beautiful home. The place is clean, well taken care of, comfortable, and has all the bells and whistles.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was spacious, sparking clean and had a well-stocked kitchen. The complex was in a very good location, and we could conveniently walk to the stores and restaurants. The rec center was also well-maintained and we had fun getting into the hot tub after a day of skiing. We’ll definitely stay again!

This home is truly beautiful with everything that you could need. High end linens and updated furnishings and a totally fitted out kitchen with new appliances. There is even a little wine cooler!! The issues we had were the code to get us into the unit did not work so we were left waiting in extreme cold until we could get in touch with management to get a new code and then we did not have the advertised key card to get into the clubhouse for use of the hot tub. Management was not helpful at all in getting us another one. We booked this unit with two "must haves", a fireplace and a hot tub. We at least were able to gaze at a beautiful, clean, electric fireplace.

Very nice and clean unit in a convenient location. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Our family had a wonderful time in this wonderful condo. So much attention was given to the details in this condo to make one's stay delightful. This condo is super clean and well-maintained. It is conveniently located right off the main street of Winter Park and the recreation center is fantastic! Definitely worth staying at!

This condo is the best. The beds are comfortable, everything was very clean, and the kids loved playing games!
