Property well exceded our expectations. We met Barry the first day .. informative and pleasant. Nice touch with the bottle of Sangria too. Loved that our dogs could roam free and not have to worry about them. We travel a bit and this property is one of ours favorites. Pool and Hotub spotless and heats up quickly .. great access to beach and golf cart is a plus! Hope to visit again next year

House is great and walking/ biking/ golf cart distance to multiple bars and restaurants. Pool is super refreshing and relaxing. Our pup loved it too

Amazing place, clean, comfortable, and it came with everything we could think of including floaties for my 1 year old. The golf cart was great, and the beach access is a straight shot about 1/2 mile away.

We had an absolute WONDERFUL experience! The house is beautiful and perfect for a family! The golf cart made a huge difference. We never had to use the vehicle we rented. It is so close to the beach and lots of restaurants. The back yard was a dream. 100% would book with these hosts again.

Loved staying here as it was immaculately clean, looked freshly painted, very well care for and the owners spared no expense providing extra touches to make the trip enjoyable. The backyard pool area was perfect for our 2 St. Bernards and us with the controls for the pool easy to work. Pool was heated and very comfortable. Fenced yard allowed us to enjoy the pool without worrying about the dogs. Having the golf cart available with the house was beyond fun. One of our favorite places that we have ever stayed!

Our first trip to Florida for spring break and it didn't disappoint. The property was just as the pictures described and our family loved it. A good time kinda place that provides a lot of fun and was very relaxing at the same time. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The beach was very close and the owners really did think of everything to help make your stay more enjoyable. An overall great vacation.... just book it, you won't be disappointed.

This house offered everything we could want. The backyard pool/hot tub/ and outdoor shower were perfect. We spent hours outdoors just enjoying the space. The golf was great for going to the beach during the day, and in the evenings to see the sunsets. Our stay was perfect from the very beginning. Barry and Alisha were amazing. Communication was excellent.

This property, the personal attention to detail and the location is all perfection. We had such a relaxing vacation. Beach, backyard pool, coffee shop or restaurants all a wonderful experience. Golf cart added a bit of fun too.

Don’t look any further, this house is the perfect retreat! The house was great for our 18 month old son and safe. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub, golf cart and close proximity to the beach. Indian Rocks is quiet compared to Clearwater Beach, but a short drive away if you want touristy things to do. We will definitely be back!

I stayed for a weekend with a group of friends. The house is in a fantastic location incredibly close to the beach and restaurants and stores. The house itself was great too - it ended up raining for much of our visit but there was lots of room for us to spread out, and we even used the fireplace! Do read the rules carefully, quiet hours are strict.

If this property is available, go ahead and book it immediately! The house was absolutely perfect for us & our 2 year old child and small dog. The backyard is completely fenced in & the pool was perfect when we felt like hanging out and relaxing. Short walk to the beach and great neighborhood for morning walks with our kid & dog as well. The house was immaculate and equipped with everything we needed, easy check in process. The bedding in the main bedroom was also super comfortable and it was relaxing to lay in bed and watch tv at night. We had a great trip and would definitely choose this property again! This place is great for a dog. It actually has a tall fenced in backyard that can contain pets. We had our daughter's rottie mix and he had a grand time sniffing and exploring the backyard while she worked from the house. The beds were comfortable and the owner was extremely accessible if there was a question or issue.

Property was clean and as listed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would book here again!

We loved staying at this home. It was perfect. Location is great literally 2 blocks from the beach. The golf cart was so great to have to get to the beach daily. No complaints here just a peaceful beautiful vacation. Highly recommend this home if you are visiting the beautiful Indian Rocks Beach.

Everything about this property is amazing. Great location, awesome beach, beautiful backyard with a tropical, private, resort feel. We traveled with our dogs and the outside space was perfect for them. Tile floors kept them cool on the hot days. The house comes with everything you need and the golf cart made everything even better! We didn’t have to drive the entire time if we didn’t want to. We would definitely stay here again. We had a really relaxing, fun, vacation! Owners are super responsive.

This was by far the best Florida vacation experience that we have ever had! We were previously hotel dwellers - but since adopting our frenchy we needed to make a change in how we travel. This house was the best fit that we could have found - we will certainly be back for years to come! The hosts have made this an accommodating and comfortable haven. The location is ideal as it is between the busier spots of Clearwater and St Pete. There was excellent communication with Barry and Alicia throughout our stay. The house is absolutely amazing and will not disappoint!

I grew up around the Clearwater area back in the 80’s and haven’t been back to Florida for over 20 years. My wife and I chose this house because it was centrally located to all of the places I wanted to go back to as well as family still in the area. Not only were we walking distance to Indian Rocks Beach, we also found our new favorite French cafe, Cafe de Paris. In the morning, I would take our two little dogs for a quiet walk around the area and say “hi” to all of the friendly people we met, both locals and other vacationers alike. In the evening, we wanted nothing more than to get back to the house and relax in the hot tub. The time in between, we easily drove around and visited Clearwater, Largo, Downtown St. Pete, as well as the Tarpon Springs sponge docks. Everything we wanted in a vacation house, this place had; pool with a hot tub, spacious private back yard, as well as a clean, cozy, lovely beach themed home. Oh, and we were pleasantly surprised with a lovely bottle of wine when we first arrived. Would we stay here again? Absolutely! We loved it so much, it might just become an annual tradition.

Even better than a 10 of 10! All and more than expected

This is the perfect rental. So close to everything you need to stay entertained, eat, or to the beach! Or… you could simply stay and relax in the PRIVACY of the back yard complete with pool and hot tub. This sanctuary is absolute perfection. We will be coming back. My kids cried because they didn’t want to leave and wanted to live there. Barry and Alisha are extremely easy to communicate with and so friendly and professional.

Everything about this property was as expected. The heated pool/hot tub was probably our favorite. Our kids (6 &8) swam in it every day and we parents enjoyed the sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars after they were in bed, so relaxing! The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood with close access to the beach, the garage had everything needed for a trip to the beach (wagon, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys) the hosts have thought of everything! Alisha was quick to answer any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again, we loved that IRB was much quieter/laid back than the surrounding "spring break" towns! Thanks for an amazing stay!

Everything about the property was exactly what we wanted. Clean, up to date we furnishings, pool/hot tub, ideal location to neighboring towns and a 10 minute walk to beach.. Would highly recommend. We’ll definitely be returning!

Barry and Alisha are amazing hosts. They are so thoughtful and it shows in the way they designed their home. Everything you need for the beach from wagons and chairs to toys and towels can be found in the garage. We visited the place with our 16 months old, she absolutely loved it and she especially enjoyed the nature, starry skies and the house layout (Kid-Friendly). The place had many trees including a Mango tree. The hot tub was our favorite as it was a little too chilly for the pool. Great location and wonderful hosts! We will definitely be back to make some more great memories!
