This house is absolutely the most unique property I have found in the Rochester area. The property is spacious, immaculate, centrally-located and has so much character. Our family gathered in the large interior space for meals but, the outdoor garden was the spot we especially enjoyed for morning coffee and evening conversations. The home is located near a local bike/walking trail so, getting in my daily exercise was so convenient. Malea was always quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in Rochester.

Property location was extremely convenient to Mayo, grocery store and restaurants. The interior is exactly as pictured, all amenities were easily accessed and the home was extremely clean. We will definitely be returning for all future Mayo visits.

When we walked in our first thoughts were “clean” and “cute” and those thoughts never changed although we added “comfy” and “convenient” to this list. I messaged the owner to let her know that this is the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! I was there with a family member who was having surgery at Mayo. We used the house to rest and recuperate afterwards and it was the perfect spot. The layout was easy to manage on crutches and the beds had terrific mattresses on them. Little touches like labeled light switches and good quality paper products made us feel like we were in the home of caring and thoughtful people. 10/10!

The pictures of this property on the listing, are very representative of what you will find when you arrive and stay. While the vibe of the house (may not) be for everyone, we all thought it was well done and very comfortable.
Malea was very responsive to any questions we had, and overall I would highly recommend this property and owner to any and all people looking to stay in Rochester.
PS: it took me 25 minutes to walk from the property to the Mayo Campus, at a brisk walk.

We were in town for some testing at Mayo Clinuc. You’d be hard pressed to find a better location. A quiet neighborhood which fit us very well. The house had everything you could need, had a fun contemporary feel and was very well remodeled. Very close for groceries and some outstanding takeout food!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen is fully decked out with everything you will need. High attention has been given to labeling the locations of all supplies and switches. They could use room darkening drapes and a upgrade on the bed frame. We would certainly rent again!

We loved and used the kitchen often. The house is well suited for another couple or individual. When we saw the layout of the house an uncle from Portland decided to stay with us 3 nights which worked out great. The host was very gracious and quickly responded to any inquiry we had. We would stay here again if the occasion to visit Rochester comes up and this house if available.

This was the 2nd time my daughter and I stayed at this property while getting treatment at Mayo. The location is convenient to anything you might need. The home is stunning and so comfortable. And the owner is responsive, kind and a joy with which to work. Highly recommend.

We stayed in Rochester for the first time visiting family that live in the area. The house was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to walking trails, parks, and Pickleball courts. The house was clean, refreshingly minimalist, and perfect for the needs of a family of four. We had some trouble accessing the TV system and the owners stopped by immediately to help us out. We will definitely consider staying in this house again.

My daughter and I stayed in this property while being treated at Mayo. The home is even lovelier in person and so comfortable. It’s light and airy, which we wanted while my daughter was recovering. Totally impacts your mood. The owner has thought of everything a guest might need. She’s very responsive and kind. We ended up extending our stay without any issues. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. And its proximity to Mayo locations is ideal (5-10 minutes max). I highly recommend and it will be my first choice if we ever need to return.

Very nice neighborhood and the house is great! We stayed during a snowstorm and the owners were there right away shoveling so that we could get out. I would stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful home. The proximity to Mayo made it perfect for early morning appointments, the neighborhood is quiet and quaint, and the hosts could not be more accommodating.
Malea and Chad went out of their way to attend to our needs, and the house felt like a home away from home.
From the decor to the comfortable bedding to the complete kitchen, it had everything we needed to make our stay memorable and relaxed. The snow was a huge plus for us Southerners, too.
Perfect home with wonderful, communicative hosts in a lovely little town. Thank you for the memories and the pristine place to stay, we hope to return, soon!

Very comfortable
This house was a great place to stay while visiting the Mayo Clinic. It was nice to have a comfortable space to land at the end of the day. The garden was nice for reading and morning coffee and we enjoyed the coffee shops and restaurants near by.

Home away from home
It was a great property in a great location. It was well done and had everything we needed. Super easy to check in and communication was great. The only surprise was we thought there were 2 twin beds in the basement, and there was only 1 queen. We were able to make it work. Would absolutely stay there again and I would highly recommend to anyone staying in Rochester.

Perfect home
A clean, organized home in a perfect location for trips back and forth to Mayo. Every detail has been considered to make the stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. Only wish we were here during warm weather to enjoy the garden and outdoor area.
