Stay went very well. The place was set up really well, with lots of vegetation, a nice hot tub and the right amount of seclusion. Very clean, had all needed supplies and extras. The host was a great guy, very hospitable, and welcoming, and helpful, took great care of us. Highly recommended and will come back again for sure.

We loved Tom’s property. It was spotless and so comfortable. Tom goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We found it convenient to all the things we wanted to do. Also loved the hot tub.

The place was a plant lover's dream. Trees, bushes, and flowering plants galore. The house was well kept, and very at home feeling. Our host was very welcoming with a tour and exchanged numbers for if needed but didnt bother us at all.
10/10 highly recommend. We loved the area so we look forward to another stay.

Green Escape was the perfect escape from our busy life. The host Tom, was super helpful and provided so many wonderful extras. I definitely would stay again! The hot tub was great. It was an a great location to downtown as well as other Asheville locations.

The property was great...very clean, a nice hot tub and heated outdoor shower was a great ending to a day spent out at youth soccer fields! But, as nice as the property was, Tom was an even better host! He was prompt and helpful with communications, often anticipating questions we might ask and answering them before we had to. He made us feel completely welcome and even offered to allow us to come back hours after we checked out in case we wanted to shower after soccer and before getting back on the road to go home. Incredible touches like stocking waters, other drinks and even fruit & pastries for breakfast. We usually go to the Asheville area 2-3 times a year and from now on we'll try to stay with Tom any time we go!

My cousin and I stayed at this beautiful property over the weekend. Tom is such a kind, warm, and inviting host. He provided us with everything we needed and more. We absolutely enjoyed our stay, as well as our time in Asheville. Thank you, Tom, for making everything so special and lovely for us. If we are ever back in Asheville, we'll definitely be booking with you!

From the moment I arrived I felt right at home. Tom was so attentive and friendly. The home was clean, warm, inviting and a sanctuary away from busy downtown Asheville. Love the eclectic feel of the decor and the beauty of the outside greenery and surroundings. This will be my go to vacation place for my stays in Asheville.

Tom is an amazing host! He greeted us as soon as we pulled up and gave us a great tour of the house. It was perfect for a our little weekend getaway. He has a very clean and nice stay. He has cable tv, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen and he had snacks there for us, a hot tub etc. It was in a good location too. Super close to downtown!

Tom was absolutely stellar! His house was impeccably clean, his communication from day one was on point. He had pastries, fruit, coffee, tea, water, snacks… amazing!! And having sat in a hot tub and watched a sunrise over mountains with something to write home about. If you were thinking of renting this place, look no further because it is A+!! While his house was not totally baby proofed… he didn’t complain one time that our little one had rearranged a lot of his beautiful stuff in his house. A gentleman and very kind, will definitely rent this again!!

My friend and I stayed at Tom’s lovely property, Green Escape for a girls getaway. Location perfect, convenient to Asheville and Black Mountain. Tom had lovely welcome snacks and his place is pristinely clean. The hot tub was wonderful. It was in a lovely residential neighborhood and Tom was an exceptional host. My friend and I would definitely visit again!

Green Escape was the perfect place for me. Good safe neighborhood, easy walkin(no steps), very clean, good floor plan and a covered outside area for sitting. The most gracious host, Tom, went beyond the average host to make the stay most pleasant. Also, I enjoyed the Christmas decorations and lights. Highly recommend Green Escape to looking for these amenities

Tom went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable, enjoyable time and to communicate with and accommodate us. Everything was extremely clean and easy to access. Would recommend to anybody whos trying to have a quiet get away to the mountains.

If you are looking for a friend to stay with in Asheville then this is the place to book. Tom is like the friend you didn’t know you had in this area. Once we arrived he greeted us and was extremely welcoming. Gave us a quick tour / run down of his beautiful home, then assured us he was there if we had any questions or concerns. After that we freshened up and headed into town for the event and reason we came to Asheville. We took Tom up on his recommendation of local cafe and it was spot on for what we had requested. After our concert we returned and enjoyed a quite evening in the hot tub. The great thing about leaving the next day was that we knew we had found a wonderful place for our return trips to Asheville. Thank you so very much Tom!

I had a wonderful (if too short) stay at this clean, welcoming property. Tom takes great care to make you feel at home and anticipate any needs you might have ahead of time, even reaching out before my trip to ask if I’d like to check in early, which was a huge help. He even suggested a route for a nice walk through the neighborhood that showed off the beautiful fall colors. And the hot tub was a nice way to spend my last evening in Asheville. Definitely hope to be back for a longer stay in the future!

Property is lovely. Private, covered outdoor porch was perfect for rainy night conversations and a great space to unwind. The hot tub is nicely maintained and very comfortable. The outdoor shower was convenient.
Inside is decorated very cute. Tom provided snacks and a coffee bar which was unexpected and very nice.
Unit is very clean and well stocked. Perfect space for our girls weekend.

Was on our arrival, but Tom was AWESOME and keep the lights on and showed us around the property and where things was and how to work the hot tub. All the flowers and plants are just wonderful. All the little extras that Tom adds to the property such as the coffee/tea station to the yogurt and water in the fridge. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rental was clean, snacks were provided, very comfortable, many plants, quiet, and Tom, the host, was awesome! The rental is within 10 minutes of Asheville attractions. There are great restaurants and shopping close by. Will return!

We stayed at the Green Escape for a two-night mini-honeymoon. After our wedding weekend in Asheville, we wanted a little extra time off to relax and enjoy quiet time, while also being close to Asheville attractions. Tom's accommodations were perfect for our needs! During the days, we were able to get out and about and explore Asheville's sights. In the morning and evenings, we enjoyed the beautifully decorated accommodations, the greenery outside, and the hot tub in the morning and evening. We appreciated Tom's attentiveness to detail (even stocking the VRBO with coffee, snacks, and flowers), his communication before and during the stay, and his flexibility with check-in times. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we passed through Asheville!

Our stay here was great from start to end, the property was easy to drive and easy parking. The place was one of the coolest places I’ve stayed at! Tom’s creativity, attention to detail, and dedication shows throughout the property and I enjoyed every second; the outdoor shower was amazing, great water pressure and temperature!
