The inside of the house was very well laid out with a lot of closet space and everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The outside and neighborhood while it was safe it was not perfect. It is a short u shaped road and the neighbors were like a family with each yard belonging to everyone. Was nice to see neighbors interacting with each other.

Good location for visiting other towns and sights around.without to long of a drive.

Great space to hang out with friends. Nice living room and kitchen area. Plenty of privacy for two couples and the 1/2 bath was a huge help during showers. We’ll be back if we return to the area.

My family enjoyed our stay in this quaint little bungalow. It was extremely clean, nicely furnished and decorated, and very quiet. It is a little hard to find if it is dark because it is out in a country neighborhood. Overall, an excellent stay!

Great location if you're headed to the horse park. Three separate bedrooms with doors. The half bath was small but functional.

This was so much better than what we expected. The pictures do not do it justice. I would have absolutely no problem staying there again.

Our family stayed here while attending a show at the Kentucky Horse Park. Was conveniently located to the horse park. The entire booking and check in process was very easy. Property was clean and tidy. Neighbors next door were very friendly and sweet.

Adorable property very nicely located. Clean, well equipped. First wknd in Oct had the trees lining the street turning color and made the cutest autumn weekend. Close & friendly neighbors!

I was competing at the KHP with my Thoroughbred and it was the perfect distance and place to stay for this event. Close, easy access, great communication and clean!

The house was very clean and well equipped. The location was great for us to go see The Arc encounter. Georgetown was very nice also. The owner was helpful and responsive. Easy parking.

Some friends met here for a weekend from opposite ends of the country. The house had everything we needed! We visited the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter to the North and went blueberry and apple picking to the East. Within a few miles to downtown Georgetown shopping and plenty of restaurants close by. We had a great stay!

House was perfect for our needs. Small house but never felt cramped with 2 adults and 4 children. Very clean and well stocked house. Host was responsive and helpful. Neighbors were quite friendly. If we visit the area again, we will definitely try to stay here.

We were in town for an event in Lexington. After looking at hotels in the area, we realized the cost was astronomical. I decided to look into local rental houses and I am so glad I did! Not only was the place clean and comfortable, it was significantly cheeper than three hotel rooms to fit us all. We had four adults and my sister and her husband joined us for breakfast in the morning and it was perfect. The house was clean and well stocked with what we needed. The house isn’t huge, but I never felt like we were on top of each other and it was maintained well. It was a quick drive to Lexington and the town of Georgetown was cute and I wish I had more time to explore it! We would stay there in the future!

We only needed a place to spend the night on a long drive along I-75 and this adorable little home was perfect! Super decor, spotless, comfortable, had everything we needed. Great little neighborhood. Obvious that the owners have put much thought and care into the home. About 5 minutes from I-75. We will definitely stay here again for any future road trips.
