This is the second year we rented this house, considering next year.

Our family stayed here for our son’s wedding and everything was just as described. Plenty of room to gather and enjoy the festivities we had planned. The proximity to local hikes and breweries only added to the stay. Our hosts were very responsive and the boys really enjoyed the garage/ping pong room. A great visit.

We had a wonderful spring weekend here with friends. Very clean, all amenities were as listed, great communication. Beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our big family. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything that we needed was there.

Our family did a pre-Christmas stay with several adults and kids (1-9). The house was amazing and even better than pictures, perfect for multiple families. The house itself had a great selection of games/puzzles. We would absolutely recommend this property!

Had an amazing stay at this cabin with a group of friends for my birthday weekend. House was exactly as described. Had no issues getting to the house or finding anything we needed once there. We never got to use the hot tub but the ping pong table in the garage was a blast. I will say a few of us noticed a cigarette smell in the garage but other than that zero complaints about this property. Oh and huge plus with all the card games and kids toys!

We spent a long weekend here for my niece’s bachelorette get away. Perfect location for visiting the wineries and breweries in the area. We even drove over to Scottsville and did a 5 hour kayaking float down the James River. We had a great brunch in Waynesboro on Sunday morning. House had plenty of room for all 9 of us. It was great to have three full bathrooms for 9 women. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thanks!

The house worked well for us. Plenty of room to be together to visit. Inside and out. The Ping Pong table was a big hit! Well equipped kitchen and spacious. We would rent it again.

Stayed here with a group of friends for the 4th of July weekend. The house was clean, spacious, and had the ideal layout for us. The hot tub outside was a nice place to unwind from the days of events at the resort, fireworks, hiking the appalachian trail, and cider sampling.

My friends and I (8 of us total) had an amazing stay at Pedlar’s edge! The location was great, the hosts were responsive, there was plenty of parking and the house was very clean. We appreciated that there were lots of bedrooms and gathering spaces to accommodate everyone more than comfortably. The hot tub and proximity to hiking trails were also a plus!

We were pleasantly surprised with the home, it is in a great spot, secluded but not difficult to get to, and in reach of loads of activities and facilities. It was clean, tidy and easy to navigate around.

This is an incredibly beautiful, cozy and spacious home that works perfectly for a family vacation. There were 4 couples in our group. Everyone had a queen or king size bed to sleep in. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I’m picky about that. Bathrooms are spacious and appointed with soaps and shampoo. The kitchen was fantastic- stocked with all kinds of pots/pans, cups, glasses, bakeware, foil, plastic wrap, ziplock bags, TWO coffee pots, which is great for a big group- seriously, anything you need, this kitchen has it. The back deck is peaceful and well-equipped with tables, chairs, fire table, gas grill. And there are two propane tanks. But the best thing about this place is the owners. They could not have been anymore responsive to our needs and questions. It made all the difference for us because, you know, there will be things here and there that you need help with whenever you rent a place, and these folks go out of their way to do everything they can for you. It was an incredible week for connecting with family in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains and this home made it all possible.

When we arrived the hot tub was at a low temperature and we weren't sure how to get it to heat significantly, but the owners immediately let us know how to get the hot tub to a much higher temperature. Would definitely recommend this listing to everyone!
