First vacation we have been on in years and they were talking about staying again next year before our vacation was over

We had a great stay at this home over a long weekend as we wind down summer. It was very relaxing and cozy. The Master Bedroom was so quiet and away from the other side of the house which was great. The Den made great for an extra TV space especially since we were there during a Trop Storm. ;) Also the game room was very fun and had so much to do! Basketball and arcade games and darts and more. It was a great time. There is not a hot tub on the property so important to know if that's something interested in.

We had such an amazing time on our vacation. The house was literally stalked with everything you could ever want.. The house was clean.. It was beautiful.. The beds were comfortable.. Plenty of towels and beechtowels.. Loved our stay!

We booked for our granddaughters high school graduation. The space provided us everything my family needed to enjoy the celebration. There is a nice gated area for our dog to relax and roam around. The game room wasn’t used much but it is a nice addition for those with little ones. The beds were very comfortable and adequate options for providing a family gathering. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

The home was as advertised and the owner was very good to deal with and helpful. Our grand children loved the pool which was nicely heated, the games room and kayaks.
Very nice neighborhood and everyone seemed friendly.

We stayed at Sean and Kelly's for 5 weeks and loved it. Views from house ,pool and dock were awesome. Lots of room and everyone got there own bathroom which was a huge plus. Very well stocked which was appreciated. Such a comfortable home would highly recommend this house and hope to return.

We wanted time to relax with our extended family in Florida. Bad weather on the 25th made no difference because the house was so comfortable and cozy. Appreciated the Christmas decor as we were far from home. Thanks again! Happy New Year!

I usually go to Florida once a year with my friends to go fishing and relax. We usually go to Forr Myers beach but since the hurricane destroyed it we looked elsewhere and found this house on vrbo. It did not disappoint! Very nice house in a great location with a private pool.

We had such a great trip. The place was amazing. I loved watching the fish jump and kyaking on the water. The kids loved the game room. It was a perfect mix of relaxation and activity. The host was super nice and check in was painless. I can't wait to go back next year.

Lovely home, quiet neighborhood! We used the pool daily as it rained most afternoons. We also used the kayaks. Just wished there was a waterways map, so as not to get lost when going out in the kayaks (don't know if this exists).

Our family loved spending time in the pool and watching the wildlife in the canal. The location was centralized to multiple locations (Ft. Myers, Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel) and the hosts were very friendly and responsive.

Pelican was a nice property. Fairly quite location and easy to get to the markets and restaurants. Day trips to Ft. Meyers beach and Pine Island were easy to get to.

We had a great stay. Everything was wonderful. Enjoyed the kayaks too - nice addition. My only request would be some luggage holders. Lots of room but nowhere to open a suitcase but the floor. A folding metal luggage rack would be a nice thought to consider.

Perfect location
My family of 4 plus a family of 6 all stayed comfortably here. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. It was well stocked with supplies. The owners have thought of everything. We absolutely loved the pool area and dock on the canal. It was a beautiful and peaceful location. I would highly recommend this home to anyone! We had many activities in mind for while we were staying in Cape Coral but opted to stay at the house and enjoy it several of the days because of how great it was. Kids and adults had a blast. Thank you for sharing your home with our families! If we come back to Cape Coral, we will definitely stay here again.
