My daughter and I loved the house. It allowed our family to get together as a large group, with enough smaller spaces if some need to just have less activity.
We were within walking distance to beach, sound, and shopping. On 07/04, fireworks were visible from Kill Devil Hills to Duck.
Owner had labeled kitchen, book rack with local dining, copy of house operational items, like TVs, pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and grill. After 5 of family went back to their locations, the 9 staying here slept soundly.

House was in a good location … 8 houses from beach ! Family loved the pool area … comfortable with lots of seating . Kids loved the loft area . Kitchen well stocked. Deck furnished well . Outside wood of deck in need of refurbishing / replacing . Bedroom floor bath sink drain not working . Lower level queen bed mattress needs replacing . Front grill was in horrible shape, but was replaced the day we left . All in all the owner was very responsive and we had a great week !

We loved our stay at Suzanne’s beach home. The house is perfectly located for easy walking access to the beach and town. The kids loved the loft and the pool. The outdoor shower was perfect for a rinse-off after pool or beach. Quite relaxing and enjoyable!

We had a wonderful time at this home. It was within walking distance of the beach and the boardwalk. The property was clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The owner was easy to reach with any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We had a great time at the house. The location was perfect, the kitchen was stocked for all of our cooking needs, and there was plenty of space for four adults and two dogs. We would definitely book again!

This house was prefect for our family and I was surprised by the quality of the kitchen items. Most rentals have really cheap old stuff but not here. Really good quality.

Outstanding OBX Stay
Great location (near but not too near attractions and restaurants) only a 1/4 mile from the beach. We watched a sunrise every day and enjoyed using the well resourced kitchen. Tons of space. Pool and hot tub were great to hang out in the evening.
Beach furniture and wagon also came in handy!

Amazing property!
This property is wonderful! Very close walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants! The pool and hot tub were well taken care of! The house was stocked with everything you need, and also very clean! Love that it was pet friendly as well, our fur baby loved every minute! Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay
Very clean property. The Host was extremely responsive, responding within an hour to any questions. This property is only a 5 to 8 minute walk to the beach and about a 15 minute walk to restaurants and shops. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you need and then some. The pool was clean and well maintained and the hot tub worked great. Plenty of room for larger families. Lots of new décor in the property with several TVs. Wi-Fi was fast enough for several users with no lag. Duck, NC is a great location with plenty to do from going to the beach, eating at some nice restaurants, getting super fresh seafood to cook up, renting fishing charters, going to the Wright Brothers National Park, and it is close to Corolla, NC where you can view the wild horses. We would stay at this property again.
