The location is awesome, not far from the beach and the property has a pool. It’s just peaceful!

I loved sitting in the balcony and seeing the beach and crashing waves on the left and the river, with its dancing and playing dolphins on the right.

Loved views on Gulf and the canal. Beach access across the street were closed due to birds nesting. We had to use the construction site to access the beach. They are building a huge beach house across the street and appears to be digging to build something else. These will limit the access and views. There are also people monitoring the nesting birds and will threaten to call the sheriff you if they see you cutting through.

Very nice place. It’s just as advertised. Nicely decorated and equipped with everything you need. The views from the porch are so relaxing. Being able to see the Gulf and the river is unique. Close to many restaurants is a plus.

Very clean and updated condo. A quick walk across the street to the beach. Since there is not a large hotel in between, the beach was not crowded at all in this area. The balcony has both river and ocean views!!!!

Beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home. Extremely CLEAN and updated with high end furnishings.
We visit Orange Beach several times a year but this is the first time we have been off season. We found the location convenient to some of the best restaurants and bars with live entertainment as well as easy access to the beach across the street. Good communication with host.
We will definitely come back again!!

This condo was clean & beautifully decorated! We loved sitting on the deck in the morning & evening looking over the swimming pool, & the river or Bay Area to the right, & the ocean is across the road to the left. We enjoyed our stay & will stay again

My wife and I popped down for a last minute trip and found this property. The inside is beautiful and totally updated to new construction standards. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and balcony has nice furniture. The outside is dated and the stairs need some love. The pool was nice and well maintained. The beach across the street was empty because there is no property directly on the beach. We walked to Florabama for lunch. The coffee maker was broken and Vacassa never called us back. Had to go to Starbucks for coffee.

My wife and I popped down for a last minute trip and found this property. The inside is beautiful and totally updated to new construction standards. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and balcony has nice furniture. The outside is dated and the stairs need some love. The pool was nice and well maintained. The beach across the street was empty because there is no property directly on the beach. We walked to Florabama for lunch. The coffee maker was broken and Vacassa never called us back. Had to go to Starbucks for coffee.

This condo was perfect for two couples traveling through on motorcycles. The interior decorations were beautiful, along with the view from the back deck. Only upgrade it needs is a set of beach towels since we don't travel with any towels on a motorcycle.

Overall we really liked this property! It was clean and nicely updated and decorated. The master shower was really nice and the beds were very comfortable. A couple of reasons for 4 stars and not 5:
-low lighting, especially in the master bedroom. It just seemed dark in the condo even with all the lights on.
-bedroom with twin beds had an incredibly sticky door. It was super loud for our kids to open and close, waking everyone up.
-guest bathroom tub/shower looked stained. It wasn’t actually dirty, but it looked like it.
