Great views, great building, plenty of amenities, quiet, private and easy!

Great stay for our family at this cabin! Beautiful setting, has about everything you could need, fun wooded areas to explore. Owner was very responsive which was much appreciated as opposed to dealing with a management company. Would return for another stay!

The home matched expectations. The kitchen was better stocked than most VRBO rentals (or any rental!). We brought our own spices and cooking oils, which was good because those types of things are NOT stocked (which is fine by us!). Everything was clean, the furniture was nice, it was well laid out for social gathering. Grill worked well (although someone before hadn't cleaned the grease trap and it was a bit of a problem for us). It was very quiet and peaceful. Wrap-around porch was fantastic. It was just a great gathering place. The only down side is how far it was from hiking trails and other things the overarching area has to offer.

Great stay and great property.

We had three families (12 people in total) meet up for Thanksgiving at this property and it was fantastic! The kids (6) spent most of their time playing outside or in the basement playing foosball or watching tv - it was the perfect hangout space for them. Meanwhile the adults (6) spent out time upstairs catching up and cooking tons of food. Oh and the kitchen was fully stocked with any pot, pan, or utensil you may need. We were amazed as to how well equipped the cabin was! We did have one hiccup upon arrival - the gate wouldn't open to let us in. We tried the gate code 6-8 times and it would keep erroring out. I contacted the owner via VRBO and he immediately got back to me. In the end, it looked to be a system glitch because the gate seemed to fix itself and we didn't have another issue with it for the remainder of our trip. Overall we had a very memorable experience and have already been talking about returning in the future.

Property was so much fun for a long weekend! There is so much space outside for outdoor games and sitting by the fire pit. Kyle is extremely responsive and flexible! Great property and great host!!

What a great place for a family. We had 7 people and everyone had their own room. You could easily add more and still be very comfortable. We cooked all our meal at night at the house and the kitchen is like home with all the imaginable accessories you need to make wonderful meals! You can eat on the deck or inside which is super comfortable. The showers are very comfortable. There is a huge basement area which we did not use except for laundry.. We had a boat and had plenty of space for it too. Lake Cumberland is a gem for boating. The lake is very deep, the water is blue and warm. Great for skiing! We pulled 3 slalom skiiers at once and it was fantastic! You can also walk around the estate and the golf course area. Surprisingly there are still lots for sale! The manager of this property was very responsive! The view of the sunset on the hilly area was spectacular too. I recommend this place... the price and value was very good which is always a plus! The marina is 20 minutes away.

Plenty of room with a gated community which was nice. No issues at all besides maybe some extra toilet paper if your staying with all girls!

Cabin is beautiful! Beautiful open concept kitchen, dining, and living room. Very nice space in the lower level for the teens. Nice location. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Host is responsive. The only thing we didn’t like is the loft master. The loft is very nice but with the open concept, we could hear the teens late at night when they raided the food and we could hear the early morning risers fixing their coffee and breakfast. Otherwise, very nice. The wrap around porch is nice. The sunset views are amazing!! In the summer, there is not a view of Alligator Creek because of the trees.

The towels in all of the bathrooms were thin, rough, had bleach and oil like stains on them. Spend a couple hundred dollars and invest in hotel like towels. The beds were very comfortable- the dishwasher is not mounted to the counter top and falls out. Make things a little better so expectations for a nice weekend are met

I love this cabin as it works perfectly for a yearly fishing trip with my friends and I. I would only suggest you bring lots of supplies as there is not a store for 30 minutes. If you are staying in the summer the sun can be brutal through the windows but the A/C is awesome. We spent a lot of time in the basement due to this and is nice. The best part of this property is being so remote yet gated in a community.

The ponds were stocked, wildlife everywhere and some breathtaking views. The owner was responsive and attentive. We will 100% be coming back.

What a beautiful cabin and a great location. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

We really enjoyed the stay at this cabin. It offers a magnificent view of the nature overlooking Alligator Creek. We are already planning to come back here to enjoy the fall colors.

One thing I look for in choosing a property is distance from the hustle and bustle. This property is basically in an area of a neighborhood that has no other properties around it. It’s just you, the cabin and nature! We spent our families’ Thanksgiving here and couldn’t have asked for anything better…. Lots of space, total comfort and everything we needed to make a great family memory!

Bob was excellent to work with. Beautiful neighborhood and views! The cabin was perfect for our families to celebrate our dads 70th birthday!

My family stayed Oct. 14-17 and the cabin fit our family's needs perfectly (7 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant) with everyone having their "own" space. The location is secluded and quiet, exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed having coffee on the deck in the mornings, going on family walks to the lake, playing games, gazing at the stars and sitting around the fire ring. Wildlife seen: deer, bald eagle in flight, lizard.
