This was by far the most well appointed and clean VRBO property we have ever stayed at. We would highly recommend to anyone wanting a 5 star vacation.

This was a perfect place for friends to meet from across the country and have a long week of fun and visiting. Although mother nature was less than agreeable with beach weather the house was absolutely perfect. Spotless in every way, and had every amenity one could possibly think of. Robert was above and beyond communicative and an absolute five star host. We cooked every meal ant the house and utilized the local fish markets and grocery stores. my experience in the past is that we always have to bring extra things. This house had absolutely everything and more and everything was completely clean, functional and usable.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The pool and steps from the beach were highlights for my grandchildren. We loved not being right next to a bunch of houses and really enjoyed the quietness. We would definitely stay again and Bob was very responsive to all of our inquiries. Thanks for an awesome adventure to NC!!

The property is fantastic! The location is great in the gated community. We cooked several times and found absolutely everything we needed. The fish cleaning/grilling area is really nice. The pool area is beautiful. The owner is great to communicate with, but we had absolutely no issues at all. The privacy of this house and the beach area will make it hard to vacation anywhere else again! Thanks Robert! looking forward to coming back soon.

We had the best week ever!! The house was just as described online and the owner was very responsive. Once we got to the house there was no reason to leave, you have private beach access, a pool and house all there together. The house was very clean and smelled good as well. We are looking forward to coming back again.

Love this property and home; the house is immaculate, the pool is large and beautifully maintained and the large property gives you much privacy!

Everything was wonderful at the Babbington House. Communication with Mr. Babbington was great - instructions for the house were clear. We all enjoyed the comfort of the home - the bedrooms and baths were just right our family of 10. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, silverware - everything. Only suggestion would be to have more dishtowels.
Pool was well maintained - as was all of the beautiful landscaping around the house. The walkway to the beach was really nice and eliminated a lot of walking on sand to get there!
All amenities were thought of - and everyone in the family enjoyed our stay at the Babbington House!!

GREAT house and GREAT owners. This house is WONDERFUL and VERY, VERY CLEAN. Will stay again and again. Robert was so helpful. This house is fully stocked - anything and everything you need. Loved the pool and the clothes line. Beautiful and QUIET location.

Our family loved this house and had a wonderful week here. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the children loved watching the birds nesting in the birdhouses. We had six adults and three children (aged 2, 3, and 5), and had more than enough room. The property had plenty of gates to keep the children safely away from the pool and the beach. We hope to stay here again next year!

Wow, what a wonderful place to vacation. The house was impeccably clean, well maintained and well suited for a large group. Every detail was covered. Including the extra ice maker, well equipped kitchen, fish cleaning station....very private and we couldn't have been happier. Hosts were very responsive when we had questions. Excellent choice! We highly recommend it and definitely would book it again.

As good as the photos and description of this property are they really don’t do the house any Justice. Robert’s house was absolutely wonderful. The house has amazing views, plenty of sheltered rocking chairs, a great pool, and all the little things to just make for a relaxing and tranquil vacation. We had three grandparents, and three children, along with five other adults and there was just rave reviews all around. My only regret was that we could not stay longer as it was just that good of a stay. While other houses on Holden Beach look great I can’t imagine a better one than this one because of the size of the property, the ability to just be with friends and family, and to have plenty of things to do. We have already started talking about looking at when we might be able to come back next year. Highly recommend.
