Overall would highly recommend, but with just a few improvements the property could be much more comfortable. Not deal breakers, but a few things to be aware of: the (master) downstairs bedroom with attached bath has a queen bed and extremely limited space to move around, with no bedside tables. Access to outside is restricted based on notes taped to the doors to downstairs patio asking you to not open those doors. Upstairs balcony is not screened. No washer and dryer.
AC worked well, check in process was easy, location fabulous and host communication excellent.

What a wonderful property! The location is great - everything you could need just a few minutes away- (groceries, restaurants, coffee, pharmacy, etc).
clean and spacious property with beautiful views and very walkable to bring your furry friend for a walk.
The best communication with host who was very accommodating.

Really enjoyed our stay, despite the lack of hot water for morning showers. The owner was easy to contact and helped solve the issue over the phone. His management company also followed up, but we were leaving before the hot water was ready. The townhouse was roomy, in a great location and the beds were comfortable. If it were our place, we would have rearranged the living room furniture to face the fire place (November stay) - there were instructions telling us not to.

Very nice for our group of relatives who came for family reunion. Didn’t spend much time in unit, mostly to sleep. Lovely property and the view of the river was very nice. Outdoor covered patio was great spot to sit in the early morning with a cup of coffee.

We needed a spot to get ready for an event and then return and enjoy some quality time with friends. This spot was exactly what we needed and exactly what was described. It was very clean even having it be a pet friendly spot. The check in and check out was super smooth and easy. The beds were so comfortable and clean.

This property has such a beautiful view! My adult children and I stayed here for a wedding. The welcome drinks were right up the road and the wedding venue was a quick drive. The location and accommodations were great. Thank you for such a great place.

This was a lovely space to enjoy a “time out” from life’s oft-times busy-ness. Off-season beauty and slower pace were extraordinarily present. The view from the living room, master bedroom and balcony beautiful. Staff and owner attentive, when needed. Most Grateful for my time here.

Great stay in a quiet neighborhood right off Route 1. Place was clean, beds were comfy, nice balcony of the back, kitchen was good plenty of space and clean. gorgeous view of bay and great location to enjoy the Maine coast.
