Easy, beautiful home, great experience.

Great location for accessing the beach and restaurants, not so much if you want to go to bed early, club music is nearby and can be heard through closed windows. The rental probably could’ve been cleaner since dog hair found on the floor and chairs. Otherwise, we enjoyed the spacious and modern home with private parking space.

Beach block, immaculate, comfortable home, helpful host, couldn't have been better overall.

Just finished a fantastic stay at this beach house! Location was ideal for grandparents and toddler to easily get to and from the beach as well as dining and activities. We had 6 adults, a toddler and a beagle in our group and had plenty of space. The screened in porch is also a real bonus in the afternoon and evenings with the ocean breeze. Owner gave clear directions for the 2nd parking space and we found it easily. We would not hesitate to book this home again for family vacation next year!!

This was the perfect setting for our annual family getaway! The house is lovely and very comfortable and we especially enjoyed the beautiful screened in porch! It is super convenient to the gorgeous beach!

Our group has skied for over 35 years (hence the title.) As a now 60+ group where skiing has become less than a sound option, we decided to get together at the beach! This beach house was the perfect size wise for 6 adults. The accommodations were quite comfortable though admittedly we needed to run to the store to buy a drip coffee maker since we already brought premium ground coffee and the house provided a Keurig coffee machine! (I am sure I missed that fact prior to renting!) Each room was well appointed with a television in each room and comfortable beds! This being off-season, the beach environment was quiet which made it quite easy for a great night's sleep. We hope the owners will welcome us back next year!

Nice and clean house. Proximity to the beach was the best part. We could come and go as we pleased. Ocean water was warm enough after the initial submersion. Small waves on day 1, big 5 foot waves the next two days. A storm at sea, I think. Lots of fun on a boogie board. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The neighborhood is densely packed with houses, local bars and restaurants, and it can get noisy outside, but it remained quiet in the house. The beach was very dog friendly in September - dogs on the beach all day. Ask about the second parking spot if you have two cars, the second spot is not easy to find. Great family house very close to the beach!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful house located steps from the beach. It is centrally located within walking distance of Dewey beach restaurants. Despite a rocky check-in process requiring multiple calls to Vrbo, we had a wonderful time in this beautiful house.

This is a really cute and beautiful beach cottage. It is airy, roomy and comfortably sleeps 8 people. The two minute walk to the beach Is perfect and the local shops and eats are just a two minute walk the other direction! Great find!

Perfect house for my family on a road trip for lacrosse tournaments . We had everything we needed. Clean adorable bedrooms, kitchen with plenty of refrigerator & counter space. Screened in porch was lovely! Perfect distance to the ocean, restaurants, & trolley stop. So beautifully decorated & friendly people all around! .
