Beautiful accommodations and perfect location! Spacious rental on beach and short walk to boardwalk. We all had an awesome weekend. Thank you Jim!

Six adults and two children (8 and 4) stayed very comfortably for the week. The condo was spacious and clean, with a well-appointed kitchen and updated bathrooms. So much was provided, including six beach chairs and a beach umbrella, which allowed us easier/lighter travel. Just plan to bring your own beach towels. Toiletries, Meyer’s cleaning supplies and sundries like toilet paper, keurig pods, hand soap and lotion etc were plentiful and much-appreciated. The beds were firm and comfortable with soft linens. Washcloths, hand and bath towels were fluffy. A large, new washer and dryer in the unit made life much easier with a group! The host was very accessible and responsive to questions. The huge star of this rental of course is the proximity to the ocean, right outside your back deck door! There are three sets of stairs to go up or down from the condo, but nothing unexpected…and it leads to a gorgeous, groomed sandy beach. It was perfect for swimming and boogie boarding (awesome waves!). The kids loved walking to find shells and sea creatures. We found three amazing live sea snails (one had to be at least a pound), a seven inch eel, and a quahog clam as big as my hand (all released back to the ocean). The only downside to our week was Salisbury’s Riverfest as there were two nights of people (not from the community) playing very loud music on the beach late into the night, keeping us awake, but that was no fault of the host. We had a great week!

Our family had an awesome stay. Exactly as advertised. Beach access from the house makes it super convenient, especially with children. Quick walk to boardwalk, and close drive to Newburyport, Portsmouth, Kittery. Great communication too. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great week at this house. It was exactly as listed. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of both the living area and the bedrooms given it is a 5 bedroom unit. The three flight of stairs from the beach was a bit much at times but the proximity to the beach and the center made it worth the climb. I would definitely recommend this property!

We stayed at Penthouse with my family and had the best experience imaginable. The home is located just 30 steps from the beach, and we enjoyed the quiet, peaceful seaside as well as every sun rise and sunset during our stay. There's front steps down to the beach from the deck with beach toys, chairs and wave boards for use. The WiFi is strong, so I was able to work as needed. Most bedrooms had beautiful sky lights and were very clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy. We especially loved the air and fan options in the bedrooms as well. Gorgeous open clean kitchen with everything you need. The house located on a quiet side street, but it’s an easy walk to boardwalk with shops and restaurants in less than 5 minutes. The only thing that could be improved is providing a map of the surrounding areas and maybe some recommendations on things to do or a book that people can leave recommendations or what they did during their stay and likes and dislikes. Just an idea. Quiet, Communicative, and Very Organized. 10/10 We will absolutely return. Thanks again!

A week's stay was awesome to watch the sunrise over the ocean and hear the waves lull us to sleep. Pure bliss. Clean, nice amenities, great kitchen and baths. Perfect for families. We will stay here again.

My friends and I stayed here when we were attending a wedding. We all slept so well; mattresses were comfortable and you could hear the ocean from every room. Neighborhood was quiet, beachfront location was perfect. Beautiful sunrise and lots of morning/early afternoon porch sun. Beautiful!

Absolutely lovely location and accommodation.

This was a mini-reunion for five friends from college. It was lovely for each of us to have our own room and there was plenty of space for us to catch up and enjoy each other’s company. The beach is right there so we took long walks every day. It would be a good spot to come back to someday.

The property is older but that is typical of the area. The parking is challenging. Passenger needs to get out and push in mirror to park in narrow lane by fence. The two flights of stairs to the unit are narrow. Carrying up luggage isnt fun. But the unit was clean and the view at sunrise is breathtaking. The furniture in the unit is made for smaller people and not geared for comfort. All in all it was a nice place to stay. Just be prepared for a few challenges.

Would happily rent this property again. We’ll managed and maintained.

The beach is right there. Everything in the condo is updated and clean. Beds are mostly memory foam which was a nice touch. The listing should state that it is a 3rd floor condo and requires a decent stair climb.

The location was beautiful. We are so pleased with everything from the comfort of the beds to the shampoo and conditioner in the bath. Great place and great owner.

Attended our nephew's beach wedding. Their house was a five minute walk and the venue that held the reception was also a five minute walk. The location of this property worked out perfect for us. We were all able to gather here and walk together to the wedding and reception. The weather cooperated, so we spent almost all of our time on the beach.

Location, location, location! Ocean front with a beautiful beach and a short walk to the Boardwalk and great eats! The condo itself is modern, clean and has a sufficiently stocked kitchen plus bathrooms and super amenities! Our family had a delightful surprise the night of our arrival of seeing a fantastic fireworks display from a barge on the ocean directly in front of us! What a welcome to Salisbury! Jim is a most welcoming Host and makes himself very available for any question whatsoever. We highly recommend this Penthouse!

This was a great place on the beach. Beautiful sun rise in the morning. All the supplies you would need for a week. Beds were very comfortable.. Great location

The apartment was clean and organized with many special touches. Excellent appliances (looked very new and well kept). Beautiful decorating. Everything we needed was there. Loved our stay!

We arrived at the apartment just before sunset and the view was stunning! Then we got a good look at the apartment and it was huge and clean and stocked with everything we could need. Jim sent several messages to check in on us and recommended the Seaglass restaurant, this was delicious and we all enjoyed the meal. We enjoyed walks on the beach and a little flutter in the arcade. We mostly enjoyed relaxing in the apartment. Would definitely recommend and will return with other family members when they come to visit us!

The owner was easily available for questions and made the entire stay flawless.Upto date appliances,comfortable beds,new kitchen and coffee and Keurig machine. Easy walking distance to Blue Ocean music hall. 🎶 and beach pizza.

Can't think of a single flaw with the condo or our stay. It was perfect and there were five of us staying there--my husband, me, and our three teenagers. . If I had to give one constructive criticism, it would be that the condo could improve the pot and pan selection. The Teflon was scraping off the pans. But if you're not going to be cooking there, than no worries! Definitely 5 star rating across the board, and Jim was fantastic and super helpful. Highly recommend!

It was an awesome stay! I wish we could have stayed longer. The property had everything we needed and more, even parking for three cars! It was picture perfect! We found the location and setting of the property very clean, beautiful and relaxing. We enjoyed walking along the shore and listening to the soothing sound of the ocean. Thank you to the host for being so thoughtful, helpful and accommodating! We will definitely come back for more!

We had such a good experience. The view was magnificant and we could have spent our whole stay on the deck watching the surf. Jim was great to work with: welcoming and highly responsive. The facilities were excellent: spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, spotless. The unit was so well equipped and filled with nice "extras" even a rain umbrella, an apron for barbequeing, surround sound for the tv, skylights, and so many kitchen conveniences. And the beds were so comfortable!!! Terrific place to stay!!

We could not have asked for a more beautiful beach. The apartment was clean, we were provided many insidentals, that we would normally being on a vacation. You can walk to bars and restaurants. My only complaints would be: The parking(horrible!!!). This place has 3 spots. Three cars cannot fit. The passenger has to get out of your car before you park. I like to cook when on vacation. I think the kitchen needs more pots and pans. There is not cable. I had to purchase hulu to be able to watch regular TV. There is a beautiful ocean breeze but there is not A/C. So I would not rent this in the middle of the summer. These are just my hang ups. The place is beautiful and it is oceanfront. Kim

Great location, great accommodations. The owner was helpful, responsive, and great to work with. I highly recommend this place. It had all the little extra things (beach toys, porch chairs, towels for the beach, board games, books to read, etc.). The parking was a bit tight, but we knew that ahead of time, so we knew what to expect. There were no surprises.
