We went to ski Sunday River. Three families with teens. The home and location were perfect for us. Very clean and well equipped. Open first floor so we never felt crowded. Updated and well designed throughout. A fantastic lower level game room and bedroom with bunks. Excellent place for teens to be teens while grownups had their space upstairs. About 8 minutes to Sunday River which is awesome if you want to come home for lunch or ski in shifts during the day. Close to restaurants and other activities. Our hosts were very accommodating and communication was superb. We all would stay again. Thank you. Mark M and friends & family.

We just returned from a family ski weekend at this property and it was absolutely perfect for our group. The house is located ~5 minutes from the South Ridge Lodge at Sunday River, which is ideal for getting to the mountain easily. There was plenty of room for parking and close to the main roads, so no need for 4x4 if everything is cleared. The house was exactly as pictured/listed and was so cozy with great heat, tons of towels and blankets, and super comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook a meal or grill out. We would love to return next year!

We are a family of 4 skiing at Sunday River. The property is very conveniently located - near the Barker Brook Kennels where we board our dog and a very short distance away from Sunday River. The place was clean and tastefully decorated. We all loved the game room downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

We had a great time spending the weekend in Bethel with a group of friends and a few young infants. Access to the mountain, local breweries and grocery stores couldn’t have been more convenient. The host was extremely responsive and the house was a perfect setup for our group. Would absolutely recommend and look forward to re-booking next time we head to Sunday River.
