Beautifully furnished and well stocked condo. Great views of the water and island life.

It is a beautiful area. Condo was furnished very well. It served our purpose well which was to be within an hour of my father. We also enjoyed the island although Matlacha is so devastated we found breakfast at the Perfect Cup very enjoyable and the souvenir stores very nice.

This is a wonderful property at a great location. Sharon was a perfect host and responded quickly to any concerns. We would definitely stay here again.

This unit is very nicely furnished, clean, and has a great location. Very nice views of Jug Creek. I will be renting it again!

It was way more than what we expected absolutely beautiful peaceful quiet clean we definitely would come back and rent this again five girls in our 50s. Very impressed with everything the pools the view from our balcony watching the sunrise spot on looking forward to coming back again.

My wife and 2 kids stayed at this property and had a fantastic time! The layout of the property was perfect, and has all amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Being on the canal for extremely convenient for boating and the pools on the property were fantastic! The host was extremely nice and helpful! Hopefully we will be able to visit again soon.

This condo is amazing. Furniture is 1st class. Loved the lanai with its great view and comfy furniture. Kitchen is outfitted with lovely dishes and glassware. Looking forward to staying again.

We have stayed at Bocilla Island Club at a friends condo many times before, but this was the first time we rented our own place and we could not have felt more at home. From the moment we walked in, the decor was perfectly suited and the cleanliness of the unit was exceptional. I don't think I have ever stayed in a rental that was so clean and tidy. The unit was well equipped with everything you would need and more. The sunrise from the master balcony every morning was worth waking up for. Communication with Sharon the owner was exceptional. If I could give this 100 stars I would. We definitely plan to rent this unit again.

What a beautifully decorated and well maintained condo. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The views from the balconies watching the dolphin(Notch)🐬 was one of the highlights of our stay besides the sunrise at the pier, heated pool, restaurants, shopping and kayaking. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The condo appears to be recently remodeled and is nicely and tastefully appointed. It is quiet and private. It is also a paradise for boaters!

Love the location! We felt safe and the neighbors were so kind. The home was well stocked and very clean. We’d love to visit again some day. Really enjoyed reading the visitor journal left in the kitchen.

Clean, comfortable and fully furnished condo with great views from the balconies. A quiet, perfect, relaxing location a bit out of the way from the crowds and 'busyness' of city life. Perfect spot for boat owners, but for me several good spots for putting my kayak in the bay; walking / biking path next to main road; evening walks out to the pier and end of the road!

Just as nice as the pictures in the listing. I will definitely check the availability here when I return to the area.

We absolutely loved it here! The owners were great about communicating. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. They are the sweetest. The condo was so nice. We really enjoyed how quiet and off the beaten path it was, away from the crowds of FMB. We plan to stay here for future visits to come. There are two heated pools on the property, we enjoyed the one overlooking the bay. We walked to the pier quite a bit. On our last day that we checked out, we booked a ferry trip to North Captiva. I think it would be a great time to book multiple trips. The marina is just a quick drive down the road. It’s such a peaceful place to stay. The bedrooms are spacious and convenient. The kitchen has everything you could need. I truly feel like anything negative or anything I needed fixed, would be done ASAP. I didn’t have any issues though, but the communication was great from two weeks before our trip to the end.
