The pictures do not do this home justice, very clean and updated! Pool was perfect and we loved the large dock for fishing and viewing the local sea life. We were lucky enough to see stingrays and dolphins right off the dock. Beds were comfortable and the amenities included are too many to list here. Communication with Christina, Rynn and Scott was great. We would highly recommend this home to anyone looking in this area!

We chose this property largely based on the amazing reviews, so I had to come back to add ours to the pile. This stunning house is in a quiet area, which was perfect for our family. There were so many pool toys, our kids had hours of fun in there. There's an outdoor TV by the pool for any supervising adults who might prefer some time out of the pool. You can also see the pool clearly from the kitchen, which is very helpful. The kitchen....so well stocked and organized. The beds (and even pillows!) were incredibly comfortable. The place was spotless. The dock is beautiful, with a quiet, lovely canal system for kayaking. I cannot think of a single negative thing to say. There are 6 TVs in total! Thank you for being so welcoming, responsive and thoughtful in setting the place up for guests, Christina! Please don't retire and move down there just yet--our kids are already asking when we can go back!

Christina has thought of everything!! This house is absolutely gorgeous and holds everything you need to make the most of your time here in Apollo Beach or surrounding areas!! The pool temperature is perfect and my grandchildren loved every minute of it!! Super nice park just around the corner, minutes from the Mantee viewing center and aquarium!! Thank you again!!

The house was so nice and there were small touches all throughout that made the stay extra comfortable. Between the pool with all the toys and the dock with fishing, there was no shortage of things to do. I would recommend to anyone!

Don't look any further if you are looking for a house that has everything you need to soak up the sun, swim in the pool, and fish off the beautiful dock attached to the house. The pool is very relaxing, stocked with toys and screened in which was a huge bonus with the FL bugs. The house is located on a quiet street but close enough to a grocery store, bait shop, and local park. The kids fished off the dock every morning and evening and we saw dolphins and rays swim by and caught a few catfish. Christina the home owner and Ryn the property manager were great with communication and the house has everything in the house you could possibly need from fishing poles to kayaks to shampoo in the shower. Within an hour of beautiful white sandy beaches and 35 mins to Busch Gardens. We will definitely try and rent again!

I'm pretty sure VRBO won't let me have enough characters to put into words how amazing my experience was. Location is only 30 min - an hour away from St. Pete and Tampa, but with a property like this, why would you ever leave the house?? Christina (and Ryn) were easily the friendliest, most attentive and accommodating hosts I've ever had. Every little detail was thought of in this immaculate home. Enough room for 6 people to spread out. Matresses that were so comfortable that we're looking into purchasing our own. Large saltwater pool stocked with toys. Dolphin sightings from our private dock while drinking morning coffee. We also saw stingrays and manatees while on the two person kayak (provided by host). I just can't say enough good things about Christina (and Ryn), the property, and the amazing experience. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed, swimming, fishing, kayaking, and making memories with family. Excellent place for a relaxing vacation. Owners went above and beyond for us with an impromptu pack n play delivery for our rambunctious 3 year old grandchild.

My wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and couldn't have been happier with our choice to stay at this property. It was clean, we stocked, and Christina was very responsive to any requests. I highly recommend this property not only because of what I previously stated about it but because you can see things like dolphins, sting rays, red drums and more. We will definitely be back.

During our 5 day stay at this perfect house in Apollo Beach we couldn't have been more happy. Christina had thought of everything! It was a great layout, had everything we needed (entertainment, music and all of the supplies). Also, she was very accommodating and helpful! We spent two full days just enjoying the house, were we played in the pool, spent time on the dock, and kayaked the canal at sunset (the sunset view from the pool was the best)! Most importantly, we saw dolphins off the dock everyday. On the last day, we even saw a school of stingrays. We hope to someday go back to the area. Best vacation! Easy check in

This has been the third vacation my family and I have rented in the last three years and this has been the nicest house we’ve stayed at and the owners were very accommodating and responsive to any message I sent. We enjoyed the heated pool every day and kayaked all throughout the channels around the area and got some real good pictures of the bay and even had a manatee swim under us. The view was amazing from the house. I would 100% recommend coming back and stay again!! Watching movies on the back patio was a plus also!! GREAT PLACE!!

Christina was wonderful to work with. She answered any questions we had. The house is in a wonderful quiet neighborhood away from the craziness of the spring break rush but close to many great attractions, restaurants and of course is on a canal with breathtaking views! Our kids loved the pool the most! We did venture out to do other things but they would have been content swimming in the pool, fishing and playing billiards 😁! The house is clean and well maintained and the washer and dryer were a life saver!!! Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals there. There is a park a close by where our boys played basketball and daughter played on equipment and a track to walk on. It is very well maintained. The manatee viewing center was a short 5 minute drive with a turtle hospital attached. I would highly recommend staying at this VRBO and we would love to come back and stay again!! 😊

From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The house layout was perfect for our family. 2 living rooms made it ideal for kids to watch their show and the adults to watch theirs. The pool was heated and a great way for us to spend the day. The dock was great for morning coffee and fishing throughout the day. Although we didn’t catch anything it kept our teens busy. The game table and fuse ball were a hit as well. So much to do it helped keep the kids off their devices. It’s a quiet neighborhood with not much besides beaches directly around the area but that’s what we loved. We stayed in mostly and if we wanted to do something fun like Disney or Clearwater, we got in the car and drove an hour or so to do those things. The host was great, she even had the kids pick out a shark tooth from the bowl in the foyer, teeth she was able to find while diving in Venice beach. Our 4 yr olds were ecstatic to go to school to show their teachers. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to be back soon

I brought my older teens and young adult son to the property for a couple days to get away where all our schedules finally meshed to have some quality family time together. This home exceeded our expectations. We woke up to the most amazing view every day. There were plenty of activities around the house such as games, foosball, and bumper pool. There were also great water activities in the pool or kayaking. The home was fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely book this house again.

My family and I absolutely loved this property! The house had a 'homey' feel and the view was absolutely gorgeous. You can't get better than a pool that overlooks the dock and canal. My husband (and sometimes our teens) fished every morning and evening and all of us spent many hours enjoying the pool. We also used the kayaks several times. Publix and waterfront restaurants are nearby. Beds were comfortable. The fan and light in the master bedroom weren't working but everything else was great. We visited Clearwater Beach, USF and Riverwalk but really couldn't wait to get back to the house. It had a ton of fun things to do inside as well as outside.

We felt very much at home. My husband and I enjoyed the beautiful sunsets and family time in the pool was awesome. 45 minutes to Clearwater and Anna Maria Island plus a little over an hour to Orlando. We were able to relax as well as enjoy other areas of Florida without much effort. Would love to visit again!

We also love the dock area, we could sit there for hours watching the canal and waiting to see the manta rays and fish. It's also the perfect spot for your morning coffee or evening cocktail! I also cannot say enough kind things about Christina, she has been so amazing to work with! We love this house and know it won't be the last visit for our family!

This property has it all! My family and I just returned from the most relaxing vacation. The house was so comfortable and well thought out! The kitchen was supplied with essentials you wouldn't find in most rentals, such as seasoning and most condiments. The bathrooms were also stocked with soap, shampoo and conditioner, which was great! I loved being able to slide the doors and windows open while in the kitchen and hearing/watching my daughters play in the pool. We spent hours upon hours poolside and in the pool daily. There was plenty of pool floats and toys provided. That was so helpful not having to worry about buying pool toys for our girls. We loved ending our evenings trying our luck at fishing off the dock. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet, and it felt very safe. The location is convenient to grocery stores and some restaurants. Christina was so pleasant to work with and super accommodating! She definitely went out of her way to make sure we had the best trip possible. We love this rental and already planning our next trip!

The house was great, the outdoor living area was really cool, and we spent a lot of time on the dock chasing fish. A dolphin jumped out of the water chasing a black drum literally a foot from the deck. Very unique house, I would highly recommend it.

We loved our stay in Apollo Beach. Your property is beautiful and allowed for some much needed down time for our family. Only bummer was no manatees at the viewing center at the time we visited...next time!
