We enjoy this location and have stayed here often. Our only concern is that the shower/tub is very slippery with no mat for the tub or handrail to assist getting out.

We enjoyed our time at Edgewater. The space was clean and bright (except the bedroom which needs better lighting) and suited our needs. The kitchen was well outfitted and housekeeping staff was attentive to our requests.

Staff Good, View Fabulous, Room Tired, Beds Very Old and Uncomfortable, Terrible Pillows, Would Be Nice To Have A Restaurant That Offers Room Service Like You Used To. For The Price Per Night The Same As A Ritz Carlton This Resort Needs To Step Up It’s Mattresses, Pillows and Overall Appearance.

We had a nice time but for the next visitor’s there needs to be a lamp in the living room and the chairs outside on the patio were very dirty and we were unable to use them. The bushes surrounding the patio should be cut back as well to enjoy sitting out there. We also had an issue with ants coming in the sliding door. We told the maid one day and also reported it to the front desk when we checked out. Also, the pool area could use some attention. And the hot tub was broken.

The unit was clean. Great location and well stocked kitchen. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, both bedroom and pullout sofa bed. An ottoman would have added some comfort for the chairs in the living room

Excellent stay and wonderful accommodations.My only recommendation would be to install card readers on the exterior doors so you can enter closest to your room without having to haul your luggage through the front door if you arrive after hours and the front desk is closed.

Was not impressed for the cost. The shrubs are over grown. There were so many weeds up near the patios. You can’t help but notice them when sitting outside. Sitting on the patio, the air conditioning is so loud. Patio door did not lock. Reported it to front desk. It did get fixed. Toilet seemed to run long. Would no longer recommend.

The view was amazing! The staff were pleseant. Some of the wood floors were damaged by water. But, this did not impact our stay. It was well stocked and an amazing place to stay with my family. And--the best part---you can't beat the location!

This property has potential and in year's past has provided a comfortable, clean stay. However, a lack of front desk support, a lack of advertised supplies (a sheet for the pull out couch mattress; coffee; soap; dishwasher soap; pool towels) and a lack of cleanliness and upkeep (dirty sink; unemptied trash can in bedroom; broken chair on porch; dirty table; dirty carpet; a lack of concern or accommodation for a power outage when we arrived) made this stay less than desirable and frustrating, given both the price point and past experiences that were enjoyable at this property.
