We had a great family vacation at this property. The condo is spacious but cozy, has a fabulous kitchen, a big comfy couch, and comfortable beds. It’s 2 levels which is nice because you almost feel as though you’re in a house. The proximity to BC village was the biggest plus for us..in just a couple minutes walk, you’re in the center of town and at the base of the mountain. Can’t beat that! Justin was such a pleasure to deal with- he made sure we were all set up with everything we needed, and was always responsive if we had a question. We will forever remember this amazing week!

Justin and Tricia were fabulous from the very start. Their communication and answering questions were prompt, helpful and very informative. They went above and beyond to help us figure out good ideas for reservations and answer questions both big and small. The property was spotless. It was well taken care of, and exactly as shown in the photos. I so appreciated the linen being stocked with plenty of towels for everyone and the kitchen having everything we needed and more. Beds were comfortable and the family room was spacious with plenty of seating for everybody Throughout the stay, Justin was in touch with us and make sure we had everything we needed. This amazing home sit in the elegant beaver creek village, and is minutes away from the lifts. We will absolutely return to this property as it was one of the best trips we have ever been on. Fabulous owners with a fabulous property. Fabulous location. Wonderful communication. Highly recommended to anyone!

Our family loves this condo, and this was the second time we rented it for our annual ski trip. Its comfortable and well located and the owners are very accommodating and easy to work with!

Our family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit and building had everything we needed for the perfect ski vacation. The kitchen was fully equipped enabling us to do breakfasts and some lunches in the unit, and then it is an easy walk to the village for dinners out. I also really appreciated the many homey touches that made our stay comfortable (fluffy blankets, white noise machines, laundry baskets). Communication with the hosts was great throughout, including many wonderful suggestions before we arrived. The building has enclosed parking (which was great because we got LOTS of snow while we were there), and there is plenty of space for storing ski equipment. The location is great for getting to the slopes. You can ski out down to the Elkhorn lift or walk through the village to get to Centennial and surrounding lifts. We'll definitely be back!

The property exceeded our expectations - fully outfitted with everything we needed, tastefully renovated and decorated, perfect location and Justin was outstanding in relaying pertinent information and making sure we had everything we needed. We will stay here again!

We loved our stay at this amazing property and the property owner was so great! Thank you Justin for allowing us a late check out and for thinking of all the small things! We loved how easy it was to get around… literally we walked to the village and ski school. Property was very clean and well taken care of. Our son loved his room also! Definitely would recommend for anyone staying in Beaver Creek!

5 star all the way! This villa is fabulous! It has very thing you need plus some! It’s about a minute walk to Beaver Creek village we loved being able to put ski boots on in the heated garage and walking out and skiing down to Elkhorn to get the lift. Justin was a great host and would rent this villa again!

The unit was just as advertised. Recent renovation, clean, comfortable and very convenient location. It’s a very short walk into Beaver Creek Village which made skiing, dining and shopping very easy. There is a deli/market that is very close which made it easy to pick up some quick provisions the night of our arrival. No complaints at all, would stay there again.

This property was excellent. It seemed to be brand new. All the appliances were top notch. We had a great stay. The location is great.

Our family enjoyed this condo for our winter vacation immensely! The owners have excellent communication skills and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed! Dealing with them was better than a 5 star hotel concierge! Very comfortable, lots of towels and blankets which are always appreciated. We would definitely return!

Terrific condo in a friendly, well-located building. We enjoyed this newly renovated condo that is a very short walk from Beaver Creek village. The owners are friendly and helpful and we’re truly happy that we enjoyed our stay had a great long weekend hiking, white water rafting and enjoying the great restaurants in Beaver Creek and Avon. We would definitely recommend both Beaver Creek for a summer trip and this great property.

We have absolutely nothing but good things to say about our stay and this property. As pretty, clean and functional as the pictures and description had us hoping! Layout was perfect for our family. Nice king-size bed in the master and four separate beds in the second bedroom. Plenty of room for storage, quality appliances, comfortable furniture. Location literally steps from the action. Would stay here over and over again.
