You can’t beat this location and the property was perfect for myself and 4 best friends. We had a blast and the property was cozy and clean.

This condo worked great for our group of friends - spacious, clean, amazing location near the slopes, easy walk into the heart of town, and all the amenities you'd expect. David was also a great host and very responsive.

My whole family stayed there. It was great. Located right in the town which we could just walk to the mountain and ski. Everything close by.

We had a great holiday in Aspen! Really LOVED the location of this property! Easy walk up and down the hill to town. The property had a nice size den/kitchen area for 6 people to sit around and enjoy each other. It has huge windows on one side overlooking pool/hot tub that brings in a ton of natural light. The three bedrooms are a nice size with upgraded bathrooms with heated floors. We will hopefully have another chance to stay in this property again one day!! Thank you!

Spacious condo ideal for family near Gondola. Parking was easy and we also enjoyed outdoor hot tub and pool.

Condo was so conveniently located. The accommodation was we appointed and lovely beds and bath. Easy access to slopes, shopping and dining.

The house was perfect for our family and in a great location.

We spent 3 nights here in June-July. Positives: Great location for walking to town, comfortable living room, mostly very well equipped kitchen (could use more drinking glasses), nice supply of linens and toiletries, very clean. Negatives: no A/C, which meant windows needed to stay open most of the time, which meant we heard construction noise all day and pool party noise all evening which we were not expecting based on the owner's rules that we be quiet and have no guests. The washer and dryer were not in the unit, but rather were coin-op laundry in a lower level of the building, making them pretty useless for our stay. Parking was a challenge... the lot was always full so once you got a spot, you didn't want to leave it. The unit itself has some structural issues... the floor slopes down throughout the entire thing and therefore swinging doors and sliding doors were not stable, and some windows were difficult to operate. Lighting in the bedrooms was poor, but was good in the main living area and kitchen. Communication with the property manager prior to the stay was a challenge as has been stated by other reviewers.

Aspen condo was all it was advertised to be. Great hot tub and pool. Walking distance to everything.

All good, unwelcoming management company, owner was nice to contact us unlike his management and apologize for a few issues like tv on living room was out of service, especially has no housekeeping, right in front of spa/pool, located close to center of town, Never had an issue w other property managers in the area.

Super convenient location in the heart of Aspen. Highly recommend!

Great location perfect spot to make getting around easy

We had an issue with an earlier property and we luckily found David's property and it was a silver lining: Location was great for our kids (adults) to venture off for a drink and great for all of us to skip around town Beds were VERY comfortable as were all the accommodations Close to pool and hot tub which we loved Great size showers and tub

We had an amazing week in this condo. It was very nice and clean. The owner and his team were responsive and helpful with any questions we had throughout the week. I would absolutely rent again.
